the staff are friendly an helpful when you can get to one. the pharmacy seems alwsts understaffed. the pharmacy opens later and closes earlier some days. the voice refill system is hard to use and is often unhelpful.

Pharmacy staff has no costumer service skills. Completely rude. (Except for the lady who kind of tried to make small talk). On Wednesday April 26th I had to go to the Walgreens pharmacy to pick up my pain medication after my tonsillectomy. Unfortunately I had no other options and went straight there from surgery. I could barely speak, and was trying my hardest to not fall asleep. You have to pick up narcotics yourself so I could not have my friend go in for me. They told me it would be a 15-25 minute wait. I sat down for a minute before deciding to go to the car to sleep for 20 minutes. When I went back in they had just finished filling a prescription for a man that was BEHIND me in line and told me mine would be a while longer. After 35 minutes I went up and asked if I could just pay so I could leave as soon as possible, no. At 45 minutes my prescription was ready! However the lady was rude and short with me. I understand this area has a drug problem, and I looked like I'd been through the ringer, but that was the most horrendous experience that should not have happened!! Oh and to top it off, they FORGOT to put a measuring dropper in with the pain syrup and I had to go out again to buy one after I got home!!!! Will avoid this Walgreens from now on.

Friendly, helpful staff. Love that Walgreens has the blink charging stations too.

I was unaware I had to bring a tent and sleeping bag to the pharmacy drive through. I was under the impression drive though should be quick and easy, especially with only one other person in line.
