Like the drive through and 8pm hours, since it took most of the day to get filled submitted at 8am. However, new prescriptions/antibiotics show be filled quickly. Had to wait most of the day to move to ready to pick up.

The one cashier is very rude and makes snide remarks anytime you refuse the buy one get one free. Saying she has never made enough money to refuse something free.She continues to make snide remarks as she finishes ring you up. It’s very unprofessional and makes the customers very uncomfortable.

I get the same inhaler every month but it is always out of stock when it is time for a refill. Also I went to my Doctor on Thursday morning and found i have eye infection. My Doctor faxed my prescription to Walgreens, I received a text around 10:30 that they received it. It is now Tuesday morning and it still isn't available. Hope i don't lose an eye before I get it.

Visited store In Cloquet MN. Staff was very helpful. Prescription was called in. An hour later I arrived there it wasn't ready had about 5 people ahead of me. When I heard on intercom that my order was ready had to jump in line be hind 6 other people. I was in store for almost a hour to to Pick up Prescription. I may use drive thru next time.

You guys need to get it together. Never keep mine or my kid’s monthly meds in stock. They are meds we cannot go without and have severe reactions when you make us go days without!nAlso, as far as the main part of the store, the manager needs to get it together. Always out of everything! You have one job to do and you’re not doing it!
