Walgreens

The staff varies from mediocre to pleasant. The stock level is good, the store is a bit less than clean though.

Went into Walgreens today to pick up from the pharmacy. I was helped by Tripta, she was awesome.. friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks for your help! I give credit where credit is due.

Good selection of products, though not everything a bigger Walgreens would have and I find that sometimes I will have to drive to another one for what I'm looking for.

Store is just fine, it is the pharmacy that I have a complaint with. Arrived a couple minutes before they were closing to get medication for my son, and I was turned away? If you are open until 8pm as posted then you help customers until then, at least take them so I can pick them up in the morning, they wouldn't even fill 1 or the 4 prescriptions I needed filled. We all work, and we all have customers that we have to spend a little extra time for because that is what good customer service is. I wonder what would happen at my job if I told someone I couldn't help them because I was leaving for the day soon? I wouldn't want to find out. Thank you Vernon Walgreens for at least being open later then Rockville, moving forward I'll bring my business elsewhere for my entire family...
