Waldenburg Park

Great playground but not much shade. The few trees they do ha e are very small and set back away from the play structure. The structure is in direct sun. Nice trails to walk and picturesque views!

Super cute little park. Took my son and my dog on a walk and my son loved riding his bike. Wish there were more trails but foor what it is I loved it. The park had many benches to sit and enjoy thee nature around. Lunch area with picnic tables. Not to mention the wonderful play scape for th children. Beautiful park!

June 2022 - I dont come here with the family that much but my 3 daughters love this park. They are 4, 6 and 9. I noticed they are adding in a big swing set. My one daughter is pumped about it. We didn't go to far on a walk but wasn't bad. In the front they have a spot to play cornhole or horse shoe. You have to bring the bags or the shoes. Not bad, and they have a basketball court. I am not sure how someone reserves a spot for the pavilion, but someone was having a baby shower there. March 20, 2021 - what a beautiful day and a lot of people came out. My 3 kids love this park. A lot of kids running around. Everyone was in good spirits. No swings but a big play structure and a small one for toddlers. No swing set and if open, a trail. I gave it 3 stars until we can do the trail. They had it blocked off. Also, my other knock on this place is the lack of parking.

Clean park, fun playground for the kids. The trail into the woods is very nice.

They have trails to walk on with many bridges to navigate. They had a fun day and petting reptile day. My grandchildren loved it. They had painting, coloring, obstacle course, and a short hike. They also had drinks and snacks for the children. I will definitely be returning to this park! Playground: They have one of the best play area around. A huge jungle gym with many things to do on it. Restrooms: Restrooms are right by play area and were clean. Picnic area: They have a really nice pavilion which is also right by bathrooms. They are in-between the pavilion and play area.

They've updated the basketball court and hoops which were in need of repair. They've filled the holes in the rubber matting. They've added swings, new benches and pathways. I'd recommend adding more paths to the parking lot and the walking trail to avoid more muddy areas. Other than that, this is one of the best parks in Macomb.

The church I attend had Sunday service at this park under the pavilion. This was my first time at this park. I was impressed with the cleanliness of this park and all of the play structures for the kids.

What a great spot! Bridges, trails, a great playground with a padded surface underneath! Well-maintained. Clean restrooms, within steps from the playground! The atmosphere is very pleasant. I was there, with my 7 year-old granddaughter. She loved it! We were there for two-plus hours! Very nice vibe. Parents of all ages. Friends who meet-up with their friends, to give the kids a great workout, and they can socialize. I was more of an observer. Exchanging pleasantries, but mostly, engaging with my granddaughter. I sat on a very comfortable "rock" shaped like a round chair. Mainly, people-watching. I noticed, in addition to the younger mother's who meet-up, their was a large number of other Grandparents, there. Couples, single grandparents - such as myself. One other siting- there were single Dad's there, also. A true spectrum, of "the world" we live in currently. It was a great visit for my granddaughter, and myself. Highly recommend.

This park is absolutely beautiful! Both of my kiddos loved playing their little hearts out here today! There was plenty of great parents and kids that mine loved to play with for the first time. The whole park is very well taken care of and has plenty of signs amd measure in place for you and your family to have fun while being safe! Should definitely visit if you've never spent time here!

Nice. Fun place. Great for kids and/or riding bikes.
