Been here from luskville trails by word of mouth. Polite and patient staff. Authentic look and taste. Prices are reasonable. Tuna sandwich is really good. Apart from that we got... Chocolate chip cookie Cranberry lime pie Pizza slice Chocolate apricot pudding You can say they are house made. Not disappointed
This bakery has it all! So many loafs, deserts, cakes for special occasions and treats. There are only a few places to sit and the reason I didn’t give it 5* is because it was a little messy inside and it felt like clutter. Would still return!
I hate bread. But this place... It's like Jesus himself makes bread here and feeds my poor soul, reinvigorating me with joie de vivre. This place is a regular highlight in my visits to Wakefield. When I came back from Paris and sought baked goods here that would compare to the bakeries there, I began to despair after trying 5-6 different places in Ottawa. Nothing came close, however this bakery surpassed many of the places I tried in Paris. Most recently I had the chocolate croissant, the sausage roll, a brisket sandwich, a croissant BLT, and a double espresso. They were all incredible. The soft flakeyness of their croissants are unbeatable! I still have some other goodies to try so maybe I'll add more photos and words later. One thing that saddens me a little is that I wasn't able to try their butter tarts again as I was informed they are short on staff. Those butter tarts are the best I've ever had, with a crust so deliciously flakey you might think it was a croissant. Hopefully I can have one on my next visit. Thank you Boulangerie Wakefield!
This is one of my favourite places. They’re local and everything the have comes from their farm. I’ve been coming here every week for over 5 years and they don’t disappoint. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Didn't like the looks of the place from outside and especially from inside. We got there because of many high ranked reviews but the smell inside was just terrible so we didn't even get to try the products. Vibe 1

Adorable bakery with delicious treats and really friendly service. I recommend the peanut butter cookie and the bar pictured with shortbread base, sugar pie filling, and crunchy nut topping!! Will be back for sure !
