Awesome place to visit with friends and the atmosphere was comfortable and the service was real good. We had their french fries and they was some of the best I have had. I know they make pizzas that are very good as well and kept the recipes for their pizza recipe from the original owners which make it a go to place.
Hands down the best bar Up North! The staff treat you like family, cozy atmosphere, and delicious food. Must stop here for a drink and amazing meal.Food: 5/5
Went here for a toys for tots fundraiser,. There was a rockabilly band and upright bass playing around 5 or so. Wow those cats were on spot!Food: 5/5
Best pizza ever. The gluten free one is pricey but worth it. And the prime rib is dynamite. Okay, I might be a bit biased because this is our own little Ossineke restaurant but that's just another thing that makes the Wagon Wheel a great place: it has a special community vibe that you can't find just anywhere.
Wanted to share a recent experience and to encourage people to DEFINITELY patronize the Wagon Wheel in Ossineke. We are vacationing in Ossineke, from down state. Last night about 7:45p, I decided I wasn't in the mood to cook dinner. I was somewhat whining about the lack of options to order take out in the area and expecting to feed my husband a PB&J when he suggested the Wagon Wheel for pizza. He checked online and saw they were closing in less than 5 minutes. He called anyway, just in case the website was wrong. They confirmed that the restaurant was about to close. He said, 'thanks' and was about to hang up when they VOLUNTEERED to make us pizza. Who does that? He was ok with it being too late. He picked up our order 20 minutes later and it was a truly excellent pizza; the cheese bread was great as well. Thanks to Lisa and entire crew, who were probably already in the middle of closing, for saving my husband from dealing with a whiny wife and for a great dinner. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in town.
Music of karaoke, beer with Tomato juice, a delicious 16" Wagon Wheel pizza and friends to share the night. Sitting in the middle of the open dining room was a good spot for people watching. Young folk at the pool table and even an electronic dart board. The long long bar will mix a Pink Russian, or Whiskey Sour or pour a shot of sweet apple whiskey. Dear Donna and her karaoke created the lively tunes and floor show. Good, good time.
I was very disappointed. Always have had a good experience. I understand being short handed everyone is right now but for the same table to get food at different times seems a little ridiculous. Two out of five people got there food and an hour later the other three still did not have their order. When presented to the owner the reply we got was well we cooked the food so you need to pay your bill after we said we were walking out. Bad customer service skills. Very disappointing. None of us will be going back.
Great service wonderful beer selection. The olive burger is the best!
Not a bad place at all the drink prices were extremely reasonable. We ordered 4 of their large draft beers and 2 or 3 mixed drinks and a shot and it was only $34.00Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
What a disappointment! Took well over an hour to get food on a night with few customers. One of our group received their meal 30 minutes prior to anybody else. A burger requested as "rare" arrived as "medium well." The prime rib was served with french fries instead of the red skin potatoes indicated on the menu. The fish arrived as barely warm at best. On top of all this, the waitress shorted us the change on the bill. I hate to give a negative comment to a local business, but this experience was oveall just so negative!!!
