Wagner Lakeside Motel

Love fishing at Fort Randall Dam and antiquing in the area. I always feel welcome.

Pretty average hotel. Beds are more comfortable than many I've been to, there's a pool and hot tub, and there is breakfast. The breakfast is eh; not much for hot options but still better than some hotels.

Expensive for small town. Turn on bathroom light to see 2 dead cock roaches and a dead spider in plain view. Pillows were horrible. Sheets were clean. Needs improvement for the price. Rude guy at front desk this morning. Said they can charge this cause there is no other motel close. Motel is owner by group of guys from town. Wonder if they would stay there? 9-5-2017

We only stay here because there is no other choice. Chair in the room was stained. Subway cup in the dresser drawer. Juice machine has been out of order for 3+ years. Make me wonder how clean the rooms are but would rather not think about it. Camping would be a better option. (See Google Photos)

I Was an employee with a pretty decent resume and I decided on giving that rundown place a chance but the manager dan was to rude even tell this day all I know is I wouldn’t never use that place as a reference or recommend it to anyone thanks
