I just wanna say The Staff at Tri-County are very Kind and Compassionate. I recently was in for a 3 day stay Diagnosed with Vertigo and couldn't walk alone for my first 3 days of it The Staff was there for my Every need Especially a Nurse on Evening Shift Wish I could remember her name Because she went Above and Beyond the Call of Duty She kept me informed the whole time on what steps they were taking in getting me Better Which I found to be more of a peaceful experience when were in that Not Knowing Mode !!!! I just know she had Black Hair with Red colored Highlights in it and She's young ....... She's definitely a Keeper !!!! Thank you for making my Hospital Stay a Pleasant one Nurse's. Dr Meyer is thorough, kind and listens to my concerns. Her nurse Melissa is awesome, and I did not even feel the shot she gave me. Way to go ladies, job well done.
Visit was good and was happy with Dr appointment and was happy with the people who helped me. Dr was informative and very caring about my problem I am experiencing. Thank you for everything you all do for all of us who come to this hospital and clinic. Happy New Year!!
Dr Adams has been my pcp for over 20 years. Even though I moved to Little Falls 8 years ago, it is worth the drive to continue to see a doctor I trust wholeheartedly and who always gives respectful, honest and compassionate care.
The procedure and care went well, except one thing: the first attempt at inserting an IV was very painful and left a large bruise for days. I asked for an ice-pack for it, but I guess no one heard me.
Most of the time staff is kind and helpful. My Nurse Practitioner whom I call my Dr is so helpful. She does labs when I think r needed to help me figure out what is going on with my body. Having an autoimmune disease is daunting and scary, she has helped me with labs and what ever else is needed figure out my care needs, she really listens. She allows me to speak my mind as to MY care needs. I respect her for actually caring abt my needs. I will continue my care under her as long as she'll have me. She has proven trustful in my eyes!! She knows who she is!! <3
I went to Sebeka Clinic to have my blood checked. I didn't have to wait to get in and was treated so kindly be everyone.
I was treated with utmost respect and dignity. I had to wait for some lab results and before the results were obtained the nurse checked on me to make sure I was okay. Jill Wilkins is ALWAYS so kind and attentive. She treats her patients as if they are the most important thing in her day. I was able to get a prescription and am feeling somewhat better at this time. Thanks to all the care team at TCHC - you are amazing.
Very gentle, helpful after my resent shoulder replacement I was very sore, they were very patient.
I was in a few weeks ago. Had a major billing issue from an entity outside of the hospital billing me. My insurance should cover this. Becky in Billing made a bunch of phone calls to my insurance..and to the other provider.. She fixed every single thing within minutes... She went above and beyond to remedy my 700 plus dollar issue.. Thanks again.. you are awesome!
