Echoing others who live here, I do not recommend this place either +more recent update so that people know things have not changednn1 Strata management is overly strict but selectively so.nMy friend used the visitor parking for 4 hours and 10 minutes so 10 minutes beyond the rule and I was fined $50 for an infraction first infraction, no warning--just fine. One lady was very rudely and not let me in hotel I was sit down couches wait for my taxi pick me go ahead home and she said not friendly staff you need leave Very sooner possible and she said you not allowed stay here at couch and she gave me time 225 you leave it you only allowed stay 5 Min and 10 min but expect all hotel very nice services and manger position let me stay at Hotel they never said you not allowed stay at Hotel for longer periods time. But expect only all hotels better than her hotel bad service representative position. I gave her 1 star that why. I don't like hernThanks you front desk position not good enough.nNatalie
the concierge lady jas is extremely awful ! i can't believe she is concierge manager of the building . Her attitude is the worst. Every time when i ask her any information, she acted like i was asking a stupid question to my boss.nWhen i first moved in she had problem with two delivery guys, and also told me can't setup buzz number which i found out later was a lie. Besides, most of time when i pickup the parcel, she acts very impatient and sometimes just don't want to check it at all.ni only tell a small portion of how terrible she is, if you are considering renting this unit, just be careful, my friend.
Its totally OK to live here. The ONLY issues I see are the bad smell in the neighbourhood coming from nearby factories, and the AC is a bit slow to cool. Other than that, I hear no noises, and overall really calm. Every concierge was polite, people seem to overreact.
Jas is the worst front desk lady I have ever known. She gives people dirty look whenever she feels like it. We booked the elevator and the date for moving out. She didn’t let my moving truck park in front of the building and yelling at me to ask me to move. After all of this drama, she even unlocked my booked elevator on purpose. I would give a 0 star if there is an option, only because of her rudeness. I don’t know why the company would hire someone like her.
