I recently had the displeasure of visiting this KTV establishment that left me with a terrible experience. Firstly, the alcohol served was absolutely disgusting and smelled like a sweaty foot. I could hardly bear the stench, let alone the taste, and it certainly put a damper on my night.  Secondly, the prices at this KTV were exorbitant, which made the experience all the more disappointing. The expensive fees for the room, food, and drinks left a bad taste in my mouth, especially considering the lackluster quality of everything.  Lastly, the service attitude of the staff was abysmal. They were unfriendly and unresponsive, as if they were doing me a favor by being there. They didn't seem interested in providing any kind of service or assistance, and it was clear that they were not interested in ensuring a positive customer experience.  Overall, I would not recommend this KTV to anyone. The terrible smell and taste of the alcohol, combined with the high prices and bad service attitude, made for a truly disappointing night out. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Bad alcohol beverages and the cups are dirty and smelly. Over prices given it’s quality. Don’t go if you want to enjoy your time.

Alcohol taste really nasty… though promise me 10% off when we reserve, refuse to admit that when we pay the bill.. liar, don’t go

Had a birthday dinner at Karamia last night and our waitress Joban make our experience very successful. Great customer service and the food was absolutely amazing!!!

The outside looks really ghetto, but inside was fine. Food and drink is okay like most ktv place.

I have been to VSOP karaoke couple of times before, and I won’t be any hesitate to recommend it to anyone I know.  The manger and staffs there are extremely friendly and helpful. You will definitely appreciate their service from step into the door to no matter how late you leave.  The price of the drink and food is reasonable as well, and the bill is alway consistent with the menu listing price, I never experienced any overcharges sometimes they will give you discount too.  Overall VSOP is always my first option when it comes karaoke plan.

The worst experience. I booked a room for my birthday party on Saturday and on Friday night they decided to msg me saying they cannot serve alcohol but the place will still be open. Totally last minute notice, I had to call multiple other karaoke places to reschedule. The guy eventually told me they are going to be closed for a few days but the next day another lady called me to ask if I am coming for my booking. Turned out the place wasn't close, he just did not want to deal with me.

Be sure to check your bill before you pay no matter how drunk you got!!!!!!! Different pricing ! Bad service!

The place reeks of cigarette smell, no fan inside the rooms. The floor is very sticky, I can't imagine the dirt that has been accumulated. Just grosssss, never going back to this place.

The owner's attitude was horrible. Different server offer different price, the owner lie through her teeth. Never gonna go again.
