VR Thetford

I recently purchased a 33' Travel trailer, it was 100% worth it to drive to VR Thetford and put my trust with them.nI have had nothing but professional service and understanding from everyone at VR Thetford. If you are buying any RV or recreational vehicles, only purchase from them, you will not regret it.

Avoid this place if you want to purchase a trailer. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. We drove 3 hours for our appointment at 8:30 am and left there at 10:30 because the trailer was not ready or inspected. We bought a brand new trailer hitch and ball to fit the new one and we ended up dropping the trailer on the road 10 minutes after we left because they gave us the wrong size for the ball.nFinally we made it home and we inspected the trailer to find out that they put 85psi of air in the tires that need 50psi. Very unsafe , we would not recommend this place they don’t seem to know what their product is.
