Went last Friday to look for a class A used to purchase. We had a 400K budget. We told him that we had a trade in which was a high end fifth wheel we purchased there in 2012. The salesman went to ask the owner and came back saying the owner didn't want it because the value was too high and that he wouldn't sell it. Ended up going to VR Horizon Lussier. Extremely pleasant people!!!

Bought a brand new Pleasure-Way Plateau in 2018 and the relatively small issues were never resolved. I wrote emails and called and the owner’s brother swore he would take care of everything…then I never heard back. I thought I posted a review then, but can’t find it. I am looking to renew my class B and will not shop here.
It was such a pleasure speaking with Sonya Lefebvre. She spoke fluent English so it made our experience much easier.
Had a great service with M. Charbonneau. Would recommend the place. Also, good variety of VR.

If you are a 1st time renter, DO NOT go here. We rented a huge RV in May knowing that due to COVID, it was probably going to be the only vacation we would get. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We gave a deposit and then, about 3 weeks before departure, we tried practically every day to reach the company to ask questions and they never answered the phone. 2 weeks before, they called finally to ask if we were still interested because they could get a thousand more for the week we rented which should have been my 1st clue on their ethics. We said yes. When we arrived at the camper, 1/2 the equipment that was advertised was not in the camper and 1 of the beds was broken. We were not enough people that losing that bed made a difference to us but it was still part of the equipment we paid for. The website promised TVs for the kids, a DVD player, a working kitchen etc...When we saw there was no DVD player or TVs in the kids bunks, we mentioned it and the woman in charge of rental was so unpleasant and said "if you don't like it, we will cancel the rental" - after seeing 2 young kids SO excited to get out of their house after being trapped for 4 months. Whatever all the other problems we had were/are...to me, this is the most disgusting this you can do which is lie to your clients about the product and then threaten to cancel. Lots of other issues...RV was sent with the wrong connection for the sewer and water hook ups....stove didn't work they called us and told us to throw a lit match into a propane fueled over on the inside of a camper with 2 children...NOT CLEANED before we took possessionCOVID.... Overall a very disappointing service. Totally not worth the money and they are scammers. We have already filed a complaint with Visa to be partially reimbursed. Aside from all of this...thankfully the kids had a great time outside.
