We Booked a flight from Montreal to Doha to Lahore for my wife and 6 months old baby. They promised and confirmed on the phone several times that it was "NOT baby in the lap" and that it was "for sure baby in a seat". That is what they sold to me. They charged more than 3000 dollars. I didn't bargain and paid them. Then came the printed itinerary. Which was exactly the opposite of that. In short they failed miserably to provide what they charged for and promised. My baby didn't get that "seat" She didn't get anything.. Her mother carried her in her lap throughout. I review services very carefully because people have their livelihoods attached to their businesses. But I also care about my family. I also care about what someone promises me and takes my money for. I expect not to be ripped off and deceived. I am disappointed. It was 2nd time that I employed their services. The first time I was alone so didn't matter at all. but this time my wife and 6 months old baby suffered for 16 hours because of these greedy and dishonest (carefully chosen adjectives) people. I couldn't do anything because i was here in Montreal. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Me and my family bought the tickets to Rome and after Greece I stayed with my family in Rome for 5 days and I during my stay in Rome I lost my bag and all the tickets and travel documents I was freaking out while no one in Italy wanted to help that easy specially the language barrier and I didn't know what to do, the first thing came up in my mind to call the ( Forum Travels Montreal) and the agent took that all serious and he provided me all the necessary info about Canadian consulate and sent me all the passport forms in my email knowing the fact the consulate took three days to reissue my passport and of course I missed my flight and ruined my trip But Forum Travel rearrange my trip onward to Greece with very minimum cost and helped me to enjoy my vacations, I really thank you to them being very helpful.
