Had the best experience leasing my new vehicle from Volvo Newmarket. Bryan Baltazar provided great service and was very accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. The dealership treated me very well and all their staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend them to others. I am now a Volvo customer for life.
updated, Volvo did contact me and is not accepting liability and will not share their insurance information I urge you when you drop off a vehicle for servicing with Volvo Newmarket that you ensure a walk around your vehicle with a representative noting any possible damage or no damage before you leave them with your vehicle for any length of time. They had mine for 3+ days You will be left on your own to deal with damages.nI was not happy when I picked up my car. When I dropped it off, there was no damage. Now sent in the front driver side,nI had glue on the door where they put the plastic to cover the window that would not close and my beige leather driver seat was dirty. Not a good day for me. By the time I arrived home, my engine light was on as well.

Amazing service from Bryan! I live about an hour away from this dealership but I wanted one of their pre-owned vehicles. Bryan provided a personalized video of the car and answered all of my questions over the phone, Very quick response time. I felt confident enough to take the long drive over knowing I had a salesperson I could trust. Once I arrived, he made the process very quick and seamless, I did not need to spend too much time in the dealership. Whether it was test driving the car or figuring out all the logistics of the sale, his calm demeanor made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend Volvo Newmarket and more specifically Bryan. The ambience of the place itself is wonderful, clean and spacious.
