Love how my perm turned out, I've always wanted to try curly hair and I'm so glad I did. My stylist Justine was fun and professional and quick well, as quick as you can be rolling little bits of hair one by one haha. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me good advice on how to take care of my hair after. The salon itself was very lovely, bright and clean and comfortable. I'm liking the samples Justine gave me as well, they seem to be working really well for my hair and I might want to buy more once I run out.Services: Curly hair

Taylor is amazing!!! My daughter got a Botox hair treatment and couldn’t be happier! Taylor took her time explaining the process and results to expect. It was worth every penny. Impressive expertise and customer service! So far I have only been here twice and I will be returning again. Shout out to Roddy and Emanuel for giving me better cuts and fades than previous barber shops I've been to. It's no surprise that it's a busy location. I recommend making an appointment in advance as same day appointments may be harder to come by. Thanks for your high caliber skill and services, I'll be recommending Volume Salon to anyone who will listen.

WOW… Fantastic salon … Kennedy was fabulous with my hair. She listened and ask me lots questions and did exactly what I wanted. Love ,Love my hair. The Salon was clean , professional and inviting .. the prices are awesome too!! This will be my new hairdresser and salon to go to.. 5/5 Just 5/5 Incredible experience. Cleanliness, courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are extraordinary. The style and expertise is awesome. Taylor, Stacy, George, everyone is amazing! A massage followed up after describing how the hair need to be cut, and it was amazing too! Highly Recommended to anyone within the Edmonton/surrounding areas. I had okok and good experiences with salons in the past, but this was the best till date. Ambience is also excellent. Appreciate it guys..

I had my hair cut by Taylor, and she did an excellent job. I also had my hair cut by Stacy several months back while I was still growing out my hair, and she also did an amazing job. Will definitely be returning for future cuts. Thanks for the great service.

Emmanuel was just fantastic. Hair botox done, about a month, 5-6 washes done since and results are fantastic. Emmanuel asked my goal for it which was eliminate frizz and as much straightened as possible ... he discussed realistically it'll be about 80% straightened which I had heard previously as well but I think it's closer to 90-95% for me. Emmanuel was very professional, friendly, respectful and I have so much hair, the man worked with patience and finesse on every strand till the end. Only caveat I'd give a heads up on his that shampoo and conditioner have to be purchased separately at an additional cost which isn't mentioned on the website Overall though, loved the experience and will be back for Emmanuel.

Staff were very knowledgeable and attentive! I came in for a consultation one day and based on that interaction, I could tell they knew what they were doing. I got my hair dyed by Kennedy, who was very sweet and did a great job!
