Long story short - stay away if you actually want your vehicle serviced and to pay for ACTUAL work done.  I’ve gone to this dealership for service appointments for about 2 years including getting winter tires installed and maintenance. At one maintenance appointment they let me know I needed new brakes. Recognizing the importance of this, I agreed that the parts should be ordered and to make a new appointment to have them installed, I was quoted $500 to replace the front brakes including service. Nobody ever called me to let me know that the parts were in or to reschedule an appointment. So, I raised that I needed the brakes done at my next tire change and given that I didn’t drive much during the pandemic, I didn’t experience major issues. They agreed to order the parts and make a new appointment. I didn’t hear back from them for at least a month so I called to follow up and they let me know that “oh yeah we have the parts.” Great…one would think that they would call me to let me know that but no. So I made my appointment and also let them know that my AC was not functioning properly and that Id need that addressed as well. They say okay. So I take my car in for the brakes and it costs me nearly $1K to have the front brakes done, DOUBLE what I was quoted previously. They also let me know if need a separate appointment for my AC…great when will that be because it’s 40 degrees outside…I have to wait 2 weeks for that appointment. At this appointment they charged me for a diagnostic and said that they “replaced a small ring” that they charged me for but that they’d need to check with the warranty to make sure that the ACTUAL repair was covered, so I’d have to make another appointment. Get this…it’s been 4 months, my AC still doesn’t work and nobody has called me. I’ve called and been told that “they’d call me back” but guess what, nobody ever does!!! This place is a total joke of a business, they will rip you off, and they won’t actually repair your vehicle unless you repeatedly follow up, even if that means you could have malfunctioning brakes that make your vehicle unsafe to drive!!!

STAY AWAY !!! Very crooked dealer, worst vw dealer and service dept in Canada. Better get your VW's at another dealership, professional scam artist at work at this location, in my opinion.

First time buying a VW sorry to say I had a terrible service at elite Mazda. Ivan in used véhicules really worked his but off to find a véhicule within my price range and managed to get it ready for me real quick. Charlie Laframbois was so nice taking care of securing a loan fast and Nancy Durocher made sure to take her time to show me all the bells and whistles. Thank you so much to all the team at VW for such a nice experience.

I had great experience with VW in Gatineau this guys are very friendly and care about costumers all of them   especially Elder is super friendly I need it to sign some papers he drove me to Ottawa feel free to Buy a car there Thank you

If you are in the market for a Volkswagen automobile, make sure to ask for Jean-Francois Racine. JF is bar none the most above and beyond salesperson I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank again for everything JF.

$235 labour + $210 parts, to diagnose and replace a dead battery / engine light.  Please!  They tell me on the first call it's $129 for diagnostic.  On the second call they tell me, its the battery and the *TOTAL* will be $306 + tax to replace.  On the third call they tell me the car is ready, and that the total is $430 + tax!  I'd give 1 star, but to be fair, they were polite, and accommodating.  I recommend this place if you don't care about money/costs.

Bad service one service call cost me 3 days trip plus 40 for taxi  don't recommend to anyone on first trip i discover that the don't have part though i emailed them and explained my problems and went there they didn't order part there excuse was I didn't check your email....hahaha ok no I have to make other appointments at this time they ask me to leave the car but because of Covid we cannot offer you home delivery service or shuttle service wow then I ask the gentleman why you didn't mention this on first day his excuse was oh you should know...hahaha come on I have to hire a taxi to go home wow. Now third day I come here for pick up they gave me the key I took the car look at the picture I attached wire stuck in the front console I called from my car to see if they are open no luck and left them VM I need to make other appointment for me to go and show them what happened when you tech did some work he didn't realize that some wire stuck in the front console really he was sleeping while he was doing this i ask the manager her answer was oh mistakes happen wow she ask a very new tech pl fix it and then they fix it so its all cost me 4 times visit and 40$. Thanks not going back to this dealership for anything please stay away either their tech are on drugs or sleep deprived....hahaha

They offer amazing service and client care! They really do their best to sell you the car you want/need and do everything to make sure you’re happy. Bought a new golf for my girlfriend here and we had a great experience dealing with the sales department. I have also done my routine maintenance here and the experience is just as good! Hands down the most honest dealership I’ve ever been to!  Big thanks to Ludovic, Emilie and Amine, they all have a deep passion for cars and it shows. They were also extremely helpful with our unique situation! You all make a Great team!

Terrible service departement will never set foot in this dealership again. My maintenance will be done at a Ottawa dealership.

I recently bought a used 2017 Civic with 46,000 KM off their lot, the service was great by their salesman Mouad. I recommend him for your future car from this location.
