I stopped in on a whim to get an autumn bouquet. There weren’t any pre-arranged but the lovely staff asked what I was looking for the exact shape of their bouquets out front, just in autumn colours, and made one for me on the spot. Reasonable price, great service. Beautiful flowers. She put water picks on the roses and explained the different packaging styles so I could just what I wanted. In and out in 10 minutes with a gorgeous bouquet. Highly recommend

We had an unexpected and disappointing experience with this shop a few months ago when a family member bought orchids as a gift for my engagement. Within 2 days of receiving it, I realized that the leaves had turned yellow and the flowers were wilting. Upon returning the plant to the store, they replaced the plant with another stating that we had over watered it which we didn’t. The same thing happened again after 2 days and this time we showed my mother-in-law who is a florist and she immediately diagnosed that the plant was ill with a fungus and should not be kept with the other orchids. When we tried to return the plant they said that this was not possible and insisted that we were over watering the plants. I subsequently showed them other orchids in their store with the same problem for which they did not have an answer. After realizing that they had a batch of sick orchids, instead of refunding our purchase, they told us that the owner who was consulted by phone had asked that we leave the store and refused to speak with us. It was one of the strangest and most unacceptable experiences I had from a vendor, where they knowingly were made aware that they had defected products, but still refused to provide a refund and assumed that initially replacing it with another defected product was sufficient. I had planned to complain to the Better Business Bureau BBB because they had sold a defected product that ended up making my other orchids sick, but I decided to let time and poor service take its toll. It was a very strange encounter and customer service experience, and I do not recommend others to shop here.

Custom ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day and it was absolutely stunning. I know nothing about flowers but it doesn’t matter, they will take care of you! The photo is taken a week after Mother’s Day and it still looks amazing.

Bought some lovely flowers yesterday for my mom as an apology, she was really surprised and was very happy for this beautiful pack of flowers. The ladies in the store helped me with patience, thank you so much. Would definitely come back for Christmas.

Really lovely bouquets, reasonably priced, very helpful staff. They even offered to make me a custom bouquet. I eventually bought a beautiful dried arrangement. I've spent a lot of time trying to find a great, reasonably priced florist. This is my new go to place for sure!

I didn't shop here but I received a rose from them for free! They provide roses to people for free as long as your name is on their daily poster outside. The name is different everyday! They let you choose the rose and wrap it so well  Thank you for the generosity, and the beautiful flower makes me happy

I am so impressed with my bouquet "La Megan" purchased online from La Floreria!  I have struggled to find an amazing florist with good quality flowers and design.  I'm happy I found them!  This will be my go to spot.  The lady I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and accommodated my delivery time request.

Ordered a custom bouquet for my mother in law birthday. Very disappointed. The flowers arrangement is not professional at all.

I don’t know what to say... I bought two bouquets yesterday for my mom and my mother in law around 12p.m.  This is what it looks like already today.. they should have given me something to keep them fresh... or they should have had more fresh flowers....

I bought these for my girlfriend's birthday only for them to look like this 3 whole days later. Dead and rotten, turning fresh water green and flaky... To the "response" by the owner - thank you so much for replying 6 whole months later while I literately watched you reply to other comments. The vase is mine, the flowers are yours, I still have the receipt if you want :
