While he was still on probation. No reimbursement, no help—just ‘figure it out yourself.nnThe work environment is unsafe no proper protective equipment, and people get hurt easily. They’ll lay you off for no reason, and the HR is so nasty—they even told him he wasn’t eligible for EI, even though he didn’t say anything. They made him pack up all his stuff right then and kicked him out on the spotnnSo yeah, if you love getting mentally abused, wasting your own money on work tools, and dealing with the most heartless people ever… this is the perfect place for you! No wonder this company has straight TRASH reviews on Indeed and Google
Very bad experience.nThe lady supervisor is so rude and unprofessional.nShe does not know how to talk to workers and treat them so badly. All she does during whole shift is yelling at people. It is surprise to see that even after so many reviews have not taken any action against her. She needs training how to handle staff and especially how to communicate to the workers. It is so clear she does not like people who belong to different race or community other than her. VIVA warehouses need better people for the management of warehouse to maintain their reputation.
Very poor agency Today is my first day and they just give orders to do eventhough they did not give any training even without any training i hold first box and supervisor come and told me to leave and go home i just stand there only 3 minutes and she send me home. What they expect from us and how we can do anything by own without getting any training. Even i work at Amazon and other warehouses but here is my worst experience which i suffer on first day. Supervisor is very rude she has no manner she behaves like that we are animals and treat us that way how it is possible to do anything without getting training. Zero rating from my view
The reviews on Google are all TRUE. Don’t waste your time here. Management is a mess, toxic working atmosphere, extremely high turnover rate, they are firing people EVERY day. They don’t treat you as a human being, they just want slaves and robots. A terrible place of Exploitation.
