Vito's Pizza and Wings

After trying this place many times, I can confirm that out of all the places in the Oakville. This is the one of the pizzas I have had excluding sit down restaurants There is a wide range of pizzas to try from. Greek, Cheesy, Meaty and so much more! This truly feels like a small Italian family owned restaurant. They put so much care into making these pizzas. There cheese pizza, especially with thin crust. Tops many of those New York style joints. They have great dipping sauces, and they let you build your own pizza which is awesome! I have no comment on customer service as the last time I went inside was a while ago. This is definitely my GO-TO pizza spot when choosing delivery especially. It beats all of the spots that deliver to me. Cannot wait to continue ordering and trying many other selections including the wings! - Note on Prices: The are very reasonable as one person may get full from a small which is around $15 the pizzas on the picture are small Must Try! If your a big family, get multiple options and share them all!

The thin pizza has a home made feel, which is always nice. Order took a little longer than committed on the phone, but not by too much. Served with a smile and given a complimentary ranch sauce. No real waiting area or dine-in unfortunately, so the wait inside can be tricky. The butter chicken pizza was poor value for money, but the #halal beef & #halal pepperoni worth returning for.

Very rude staff! I usually never make reviews but this one warrants one. These ppl should not be in business plain and simple! Ordered 4 different kinds of wings and they all came in one box and all sauces were mixed together we called to find out why this happened and the answer was we are busy! So I said how to I know which is hot and which is mild and she said to taste them! Instructions were to put sauce on wings…not very much to ask! Then we get hung up on and no answer! Seriously? The last time I ordered wings seemed like they came out of the fridge!This isn’t the first time it’s happened but it’s definitely the last! Goodbye Vito’s hope you all do the same.

Extremely rude and unacceptable behaviour! I came in and had ordered for pickup. There were 2 people standing in line ahead of me, I asked how long for my pizza and the response was very rude and appalling. The cashier said it will be a 10 minute wait and I asked if there is anyway to make it quicker as I am in a rush, he answered with saying “there is nothing I can do you just have to wait” in the most disrespectful tone. I do not mind waiting but it’s about the customer service and how you treat customer inquiries and questions.

Excellent customer service, and the taste is fantastic. It made my day!!! Love the Pizza and Wings. Will come back for sure!!!

PIZZA, WINGS, Nice Movie and Your Friends eating your pizza, hahaha, I should have gotten a bigger size!!! It was so delish; we will come back again for sure!!!

cauliflower crust is so good! They are understanding with allergies as well. Favourite new spot for pizza!

The place is very small, intended for take out mainly. Excellent quality food, a little high priced. Sometimes you have to wait, but they are doing their best to fill the orders fast.

Vito's was good to me previously but today Monday March 25, 2019 was unacceptable. Ordered on the phone, the gentleman told me to pick it up in 15 minutes. Call ended around 4:50, got there around 5:05, stuck around waiting for a few moments until i saw a lady starting to make a pizza and realized that it was mine small, half pineapple, other half meat lovers + pineapple. I asked her and she said that yes, my order would be ready SOON. I got there 15 minutes after ordering and they had just started to make it. This is pizza, not a big Mac, so i said i would come back in 15 and as you can see they called me to tell me it was ready at 5:19. We went to pick it up, i was polite and ordered a creamy garlic sauce, and besides having NO APOLOGY, the same lady had the nerve to add a TIP OPTION on the machine. Thankfully i was able to choose 0 dollars. I work in fast food and i understand busy hours, but in fast food making the order late not to mention making it way past the promised pick-up time could be acceptable. However, this is pizza and pizza takes time. At least i was not enough of a jerk to demand a refund and make them throw away their "hard work". One star for good taste, the other for good service in the past.
