Ordered 5 items but we only received 1 item that we actually ordered with the other 4 being a bizarre mix of stuff that we don't use or want. Now not only are we leaving on holidays without the items she needs but we have to make the time to send all this stuff back. Customer service was not very helpful. Update: When the company owner Ian replied email him and he will fix it he did. Replacement products were received within two days. We are often quick to criticize but mistakes do happen and how a company reacts speaks volumes. I am sure he coached his team on how to deal with these type of issues in the future Will continue using this service. Thank you

Absolutely the best customer service I have received. I had been searching for a specific prenatal vitamin that's sold out basically everywhere. The manager, Conroy, confirmed a different location had them and personally offered to pick them up for me and bring them to this location! I can't thank Conroy + staff enough for taking the time to go the extra mile. I won't be buying my vitamins anywhere other than this store from now on!

I recently bought some tea here that turned out to be a year expired. I returned it the next day with the receipt. They gave me 15% off a replacement. I felt disappointed with the experience. I didn't feel their apology was sincere and I expected a little more effort in retaining my business, perhaps with a free only $7 box of tea as a kind gesture.
Such a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks for always being so kind and helping us when we come there. Prices are very reasonable and they have good quality stuff. They have great smoothies too.
My new favourite health store! The staff helped me right away with what I was looking for, and they knew their health products and remedies very well. The store is so clean and open, so easy to find products, and their smoothies are amazing as well. I tried the bulletproof Mocha, super tasty and got me going all day.
All of the staff are super friendly, they are also all trained nutritionists so are able to provide lots of excellent advice. They also have a smoothie bar in store which is great value for money at about $6. Definitely go there if you havent already!
2 Thumbs up to Chelsea & Keary! Vita save is not only a great company to do business with but they have very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful people such as Chelsea and Keary. Although it's the pandemic period they still work hard and effectively under these conditions. Vita Save has a wide selection of products and a great variety. Their prices are fair and very competitive. You can join their rewards program and earn points on your purchases. I wish this company would think sincerely about giving a raise or promote these two names that I will always remember. Next time if it happens you there don't forget to ask for Chelsea and Keary and you won't regret it. Thanks again for your help. I would recommend Vita Save to, anyone.
I tried to order a smoothie but service took forever and they helped the older ladies behind me passing me over completely while I stood in line. Clearly, you have to be on a first name basis here to get any service. I went because it was so highly rated... not impressed. I won't return, there is plenty of other smoothie places near by.
