Dr Peter Chang is one of the best doctors I’ve had besides my family doctor. He was very knowledgeable about the physiology behind my condition and explained it clearly to me. He made me feel comfortable and at ease when he was performing his assessments and manipulation. I would 100% come back again!
Wow, I’m so happy I found this Richmond clinic. I have seen a few of their RMTs and was equally impressed by all of them. The place is clean and at the time, had safe Covid protocols that made me feel comfortable. The RMTs are knowledgeable and strong!! I would highly recommend this clinic.
Shoutouts to Michelle & Robert, both excellent & experienced Registered Massage Therapists, for their dedicated care over the past few months! Not simply good at what they do, but also patient & knowledgeable, always imparting sound advice that has guided my recovery. I especially appreciate that they are friendly & great communicators!
I started going to Vitality because of my MVA and it has been about a year now. The place is very clean and calming. The receptionists used to be really good and helpful. Now they are just ok, usually they would be on top of the bookings and call if anything was wrong. Now they do not call or give you a heads up of any changes. So I will show up for my booking and they will tell me I can't do the session and then want to charge me a no show fee because they can't fill my spot... Dr. Peter is the best chiropractor that I have seen by far compared to other places. He does a very thorough job every time I see him. Byron Nguyen, is the best RMT I have seen by far in this facility. He ensures that he works on your issues and knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to your progress. Victoria is amazing for acupuncture. She is very gentle and also makes sure that she takes care of areas that are concerning you. Lastly, Kingston is my kinesiologist and is very good at helping me progress through exercises. Every session he is able to introduce me to new movements and is also very paitent with my healing.
Vitality health clinic is great. Staff is very friendly. Dr Peter Chang is my chiropractor and he pays close attention to listen to my issues and helps on my problem. Highly recommend Vitality health!!
I receive treatment for my back pain from Jennifer since 2018. She is the best RMT I've had because of her unmatched scientific and technical expertise, and patience. This is confirmed by how difficulty is to get an appointment for her treatment! I would recommend her without hesitation.
One of the best RMT in Vancouver Area. Their booking system is easy. The staffs at VTH are friendly. I had to request my 2018 invoices and they were able to get back to me within a day. The place is clean. The sheets are always clean and I ever saw any stains on it compared to other locations that I've been to. They have a lot more services than before so it is easier to do everything in 1 location. They have a receptionist so the massage therapist can focus on you rather going out to answer the phone ON YOUR TIME. I hate RMTs who go out and do their own thing and still bill me for it. I paid 60 mins so I expect to get 60 mins of massage instead of 45 mins. At VTH, they don't do that. You paid for 60 mins, you get 60 mins of massage. I look at the time before and after the massage to make sure I am getting the full value of it. RMT is not cheap. I recommend Jennifer Lee because she offers strong pressure massage and can target the muscle knots in my body. Other Rmts may just do their regular massage instead of focusing on your problem. After the massage from Jennifer, I always feel relaxed. And she teaches me a few things that I can do at home. I've tried male rmts who offer a lot stronger pressure but I don't feel relax after the massage. It feels like I need another massage after getting massage from them. Bonus point: I forgot an appointment and had to cancel on the same day 4 hours before the appointment. Jennifer was so nice that she waived the no show fee because it is my first time. I really appreciated. Other RMTs doesn't even care what your reasons are. They just want the money and will charge you the full session even though you didn't get a treatment or charge you a minimum $50. I've been at VTH since 2018 and I am still going to this location to get treatment. I also recommend Michelle Nguyen. She is another awesome RMT. I just saw their FB page and they are opening another location in Richmond. Congratulations.
I've been seeing Jason for years now, and he's amazing! I have chronic neck and back pain, and he has a knack for figuring out exactly which muscle or ligament is restricted and causing my symptoms. He also helped relieve some significant pelvic pain throughout my pregnancy. I've referred multiple family members to him, and I just can't recommend him enough!
Nice, clean and cozy place. Staffs are really nice and willing to help. Got relax after chiropractic. Easy to book online and got txt reminder. Free parking are provided. Great experience and highly recommend. Definitely will come back.
