I have received 3 treatments from Michelle at Vital Body Works, 2 of them were the microdermabrasion treatments. One of those treatments Michelle did some facial cupping therapy which was wonderful.  Michelle gives you several options for facial masks, she advises you what each one will do and then allows you to make your own choice. The other treatment that I received was the Advanced Lymphatic drain and the infrared therapy. This session was wonderful and relaxing. Michelle is very knowledgeable about the treatments she performs and is a wonderful lady. I would recommend anyone to try a treatment with Michelle.

Beyond my expectations, just wonderful. Recommending to everyone I run across that ain’t looking so fresh. Michelle is excellent and knows exactly what she’s doing and to top it off super sweet and kind. I’d be willing to pay 3 times the cost, that's how good the facial treatments I received were. Keep up the great work Michelle and Clarissa. I’ll be back for sure.

I have purchased an eye treatment at Vital Body Works through Groupon and am very thankful to have discovered this place! I love the holistic and individualized approach that Michelle and Clarissa have to each client concern! I never expected to discover such unique services that they offer! I'm absolutely astounded by the lymphatic drainage treatment, not only are my undereye bags gone, but I have also cut down my allergy medication by half! And I have more energy! It's amazing that they treat you from the inside, not just the symptoms! I'm also getting treated for insomnia, anxiety and depression by Michelle and noticed improvement after the second treatment! I just love the energy at Vital Body Works, the ladies are very friendly and it's obvious they care about helping you feel better! And the prices are very reasonable! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, you will be amazed!

I recently did a “Lymphatic Drainage” treatment and it was fantastic! I didn’t really know what to expect as it was my first time. I felt very relaxed and Michelle was great in walking me through the process. I definitely felt lighter and relaxed after my treatment. I am so glad I did it as it’s so beneficial for your overall health!

I love what a difference the nano treatment has made in my appearance! I have had 2 treatments focused around my eyes not expecting such amazing results...it’s like I have had a lift around my eyes. My skin looks bright, tighter and plumped! There is hardly any pain just some swelling that doesn’t last more than a day. Thank you Michelle for your knowledge and recommending this treatment and Clarissa for her expertise! My new place to go for regular facials

'Vital Body Works” is a private holistic spa, the perfect place to go for a customized treatment that will relax you and make your face/body feel nourished, energized and youthful. Michelle only uses organic skin care products, many customized for your skin.  Michelle customized by facial treatment, I had several treatments including the ion therapy, copper neem cleanser with enzyme sonic,  LED therapy facial, jet peel oxy with wow peel custom mask - amazing!!   To end my treatment the infrared therapy blanket for pain management - this is a must, and you leave feeling all warm and cozy.  You will love this cozy little place in Port Credit!   I’ll be back there’s always new tempting things on the menu to try.

I have tried numerous weight loss programs with some better than others but in the end I always end up putting the weight back on.  I read the details of the Metabolic body reset program offered at Vital Body Works and thought what a great idea; work from the inside out.  I know my weight gain has a lot to do with emotion and/or organs not working the way they should. The team at Vital Body Works is amazing!!  Michelle is extremely helpful and a good listener.  Clarissa helps with the food side by providing  information solely catered to your system after doing a body diagnosis. The first time I met Michelle I felt welcomed to her spa and she was ready to listen.  I advised her of all my issues and she built a program that will help me.  She understands time is valuable so she incorporates a variety of treatments and/or tweeks each appointment.  I am VERY appreciated of her doing this as I do not live close to the clinic.  Michelle wants to see results!  I have tried the Micro Lymphatic drain which stimulates the lymphatic system and you cannot get by a simple lymphatic massage.  The infrared detox blanket has reduced my bloating and detoxes my body.  I also tried the needle free Nano Acupuncture so if you do not like needles you can still get acupuncture with this technique.  These treatments are medical grade with results I am having right now.  If these were done with the traditional services offered out there, it will take me years to complete and as I have experienced short term results.  I am feeling lasting results with the services at Vital Body Works!  This is a clinic I will strongly recommend to family and friends for the superb customer service and lasting treatments!

I went there for an RF treatment. I was very impressed with the service and saw immediate results. Michelle did a great job and provided me with great service. I was very happy with the results and have already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend Vital Body Works for skin tightening treatments.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Even my 5 year old daughter enjoyed her experience with Michelle, who is an absolute doll and very knowledgable. She did a gold compound mask With face cupping  and tummy sculling therapy before a wedding I attended. I was glowing all weekend and lost a good inch on the waist line. I will return for further treatments very soon

Everytime I come here I love the experience! Michelle is super knowledgeable about everything to do with holistic healing. I have only tried Thier facials and I love love love them! Soon I hope to try other services that they offer, but for now I highly recommend doing a facial here you will not regret the experience!
