The lady that runs this business has literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I get that things come up, but taking 2 months to file a simple tax return and still messing it up? I also ran a business for several years and knew the importance of contacting and communicating with my customers, even when it might not be convenient for me, and that if I didn't, my business would fail. My wife and I called several times and left multiple messages for her to call us back and she never once returned our calls, the only time we got to speak to her about our concerns with our tax filing was the 2 times when she actually answered the phone herself. We will not bring our business here again and don't recommend for anyone else to either.
