Purchased a new vehicle here the last couple weeks. Dealt with Marco, who was a true gentleman and was amazing to deal with. I was unsure between two vehicles, and he made sure to have both ready well before I arrived to make sure I could test both and make an informed decision. He worked with the sales manager to get the best price for my trade-in - very fair value in today’s market. It was a very low-pressure situation with all the options clearly shared with me. Anders, the finance manager was also great to deal with. He clearly explained all of the options on extended warranty and didn’t try to push or upsell products on me that didn’t make sense. He was very quick to respond and got a great finance deal for me. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Ford. Even though it was a little further to drive, they made up for it in how they treated the customer. And at the end, as I was getting ready to leave, Marco took me over and filled up the truck to the top with gas. Even asked if I normally used regular or super - class act and very much appreciated!
Do you know what it is like trying to find a battery for a 29 year old car? Big surprise they did not have one in stock but instead of just saying sorry, the gentleman in parts went on line and found a store near by who did have the battery. What incredible service is all I can say! He went well above any form of expectations I might have had. Maybe because I am from a major city where I expected a brush off but he did not. Makes me want to move to Campbelltown to get that kind of service all the time. All I can say is thank you for taking the time to help us out. It was a great day all thanks to you!
Very nice dealership very clean inside. The gentleman at the parts desk was extremely polite and courteous and helpful and the lady at the sales desk was just as courteous polite and helpful it was a good experience at Ford.
Even though I've always been able to get my car in fast and usually had good service from the employees working at the desk, I lost trust for them last year after bringing my car there to fix a few small things. I picked up my car when it was "ready", and while driving I could hear loud noises...after bringing it back I found out they broke my axel while having my car apart. I'm not sure how they didn't notice or hear the noise when they took my car out of the garage and parked it! They did fix it for free and gave me a vehicle to use while they fixed it, but it's still hard to trust a place that would do that. Then not long ago I brought my car there for steering issues. I was told the problem seems to be fixed and it wasn't. I won't bring my car back there again and waste any more money.
Just had inspection done. They noticed that one of the shocks was defective. Ordered a new one and next day got called to say it was in an ready to installed. They are a very friendly bunch of people that takes care of their customers. I never have anything bad to say about them. Been dealing with them for numerous years. They are simply the best.

Thanks to Christian, Gaetan & Denis the quality of service from all three in their rolls of the purchase of my new Lauriat Sport made it a pleasant experience. I drove up from Saint John on a Friday night and the boys were all there with everything ready allowing me to get in and gone with the new ride in less then 30min! I recommend anyone looking to drop in and see Christian he will get the team together to take care of you making sure your purchase goes as flawless as mine . Thanks again boys!
I had to have the oil dipstick tube on my F-250 replaced as it failed while on vacation pulling my fifth wheel trailer. My original appointment was on Friday morning. I called to ensure part had arrived, which they indicated it had. When I showed up from Charlo 30 minute drive they then informed me it wouldn't arrive until Monday. When I showed up Monday they took truck in at 1045 am and the mechanic took until 130pm to replace it. It was two bolts and an O-ring to remove and replace the tube. The mechanic spent 1.9 billable hours on it. They "cut me a break" by charging me book time of 1.4 hours. I would have done it myself at home in an hour. In the future I would be extremely hesitant to take my vehicle there for service.
Had an appointment for an oil change...took over an hour and a half. After 1hr15min I asked if it would be much longer only to be told the guys were on their break. Over an hour and a half for an oil change!!! Last time I bring my truck there for an oil change. Another customer showed up after me with no appointment and was out of there half an hour before me!!
Just simply excellent on every level... above & beyond. Thank you.
