I enjoyed the experience of buying a vehicle at Vision Jeep! From the initial 'tire kicking', to the test drive and then the ultimate purchase - the attention and knowledge from multiple sales professionals was fantastic! The communication with me during a vehicle search for a vehicle I THOUGHT I wanted was timely and honestly surprising (in a good way). The salesman ultimately recommended a vehicle I had previously dismissed - but based on my impossible list of "must haves" - this Jeep is PERFECT and I'm so happy with my purchase! My windshield wiper fluid stopped working a day before I had to leave for a 350 mile trip through a wintry storm. I called Dan in Service and explained my predicament. He told me they were very very busy, but to stop in and he'd try to help. I came in, and even though they were so busy, he understood that I needed to leave on a trip the next day and he was able to squeeze me in and fix the problem. These guys are awesome. They really understand customer service and worked hard to fix my problem. My humblest thanks and accolades to Dan and the entire service dept. Thank you so much.

So very disappointed with this dealership and their service department. If you are a contractor take your business somewhere else. First of all I bought a new ram truck from them that came with a plow installed on it but they had an unauthorized plow company install the plow. This caused the truck to have multiple electrical issues and was in for service about 8 times, never fixed right. I took it to a certified plow installer and found that the plow was installed with a used wire harness that damaged the electrical system in the truck so I paid for it out of pocket and the repairs to the truck. When I went back to the dealership, Vision in Penfield, they told me that it’s my problem and they wouldn’t help me or reimburse me for the repairs. I tried to call the owner and left messages with not even a phone call back. Then this week I had a sensor go in the truck and called them. Told them the problem as I had my own mechanic read the code and tell me the problem. I took the truck to Vision on Tuesday. The service department said they were familiar with the problem and that it was a fairly easy fix but couldn’t get to it for a week. I brought it there because it’s under warranty. I am a plow contractor and make my living with this truck. This morning they told me they would get me in but that didn’t happen. Now we are in a storm and I have no truck so all my customers suffer. I am telling my customers not to do business with Vision. This is a warning to any contractor or person that rely on their vehicle for work. Shop somewhere else!

By far the best service dept. ever!!!! Every time i bring my jeep in for service they are professional, kind (which is big), and never try to sell me anything i don't need. There have even been times that they didn't charge me for some of the service I have had done. Today I pulled in without an appt. and they took me immediately and took care of the problem. I mean really.... who does that? I have dealt with most of the people who work there, and also the manager, and all of them are amazing. My son just leased a jeep laredo from vision jeep about 3 months ago, and i am confident that they will treat him the same. Thank you so much.
