Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional apologetic for our wait time, even though it was a difficult morning with the system down for awhile, all appointments were backed up. Hands down and 5 stars!! to the Dover Foxcroft staff!! You’re AWESOME people and do your job well, for public facing professionals!!

Clean, modern facility. The support staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Dr. Gamble was very proficient. He answered all our questions and made us feel that genuinely cared for us as patients. Kaylee and Samantha were also exceptional in their care and support for us. I would highly recommend this practice and their excellent staff.

This was my first visit to a new provider. I was given an appointment within a month of the time I first called. When I arrived, the office was clean and organized. I was taken back without any wait. Check in was fast. Everything during the visit was explained well and the staff was very polite.

Easy check in & out.. Medical assistant was awesome. Doctor was quick and answered all my questions. Not a huge selection of glasses.

Absolutely loved Dr. Chinn! He took time to explain everything and answered every question I had. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have already recommended Dr. Chinn and Vision Care of Maine to a friend!

Don't let your senior family or friends Shop vision of care in Bangor Maine They ordered glasses of out getting insurance approval Then charge the Elderlypeople $750 for 1 pair of glasses Then say you can submit your paperwork To your insurance company for a refund My 79 year old Mother retired from the school system'sHad a stroke 2 months agoAnd really need her glasses and after almost 3 weeksThey came inAnd she paid almost $750 for them CashI called anthemThey said they should have BILLED them I called manager of vision careShe said 90% of the elderlyDon't know what they have for insuranceMy mom gave them her insurance cardAfter 2 weeks almost 3 they told her it was not coveredI called anthem and they are coveredVision care will not refund any money to my motherThey are total crooks

Everyone my husband and I were treated by were very kind and professional, we both had a great experience. Very modern and updated machinery made the visit even more pleasant. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone with eye care needs.
