Awful to deal with. Never showed up on my wedding day until an hour late and after over a dozen phone calls. Promised a refund and ignored until my wife posted on their FB page. She was then blocked and her post deleted. We then got the refund sent by mail a week later. I wrote a review on their FB page. Five minutes later the page was deleted, along with my review. I recommend not bothering to try to book with VIP. In the past few months, I have left at least 4 voicemails that have never been returned. Unprofessional, unreliable and immature.
