my trip to VIP, although long, went well. The Madawaska VIP is the best VIP I’ve had to deal with. Bill did everything he could to make my wait time as comfortable as possible. I have no complaints on the work that was performed, and will definitely bring my car back there for any issues I might have!

Exceptional Resolve... Bill at VIP Madawaska, ME fixed the problem I had  with ownership, integrity and excellent customer service. I was treated like my concerns and business mattered. With due diligence, his priority to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the products & service I received was evident. With great care, I left today feeling very happy and actually full of gratitude. It is a rare occasion in todays business climate where a corporation and their employees care about the customer who keeps them in business. I would gladly come back for future automotive needs as I trust I will be well taken care of.

They dont pay there employees enough and dont hire certified employees.  Better of with your local mechanic or hogan tire or highway tire.
