Very modern and clean. Went to watch Top Gun Maverick with my family. Very comfortable seats. Looking forward to trying the VIP experience next time. Lots of parking. Conveniently located. Concession area was well staffed. Digital ticket point of sale system was very easy to use.

I have visited this cineplex many times earlier but this was my first time in VIP and it is whole different experience than the regular theatre, seats are better with better spacing, you get food and drinks served inside theatre and they have different menu for the VIP theatre with drinks and burgers. VIP lounge is really good. Was very nice experience and would definitely recommend to everyone to at least visit and have experience once.

Just had my first experience at the VIP theatre. Upon entry, we were asked for IDs, I immediately knew I forgot mine. The two women working instantly told me I can’t enter without it. Our male companions went to pull out theirs and the worker, Sherri said “oh no, I’m just worried about the ladies”. I had my roommate send me four photos of identification. I understand this isn’t always acceptable however they wouldn’t even look at it. We understood that they have a liquor license, as do socials, weddings, etc. I offered up to wear a wrist band and agreed to not consume alcohol on the premises I live an hour away and have to drive home regardless At this point it was known we weren’t getting into the theatre and accepted it kindly. When we asked for clarity on the sexist gestures and why the males did not need to show ID but we were expected to, we were spoken down to. We expected more from two other women. After a couple minutes of trying to understand the situation, we were offered a full refund on our tickets which was appreciated. Overall we are glad they offered this however we are disheartened by the way we were spoken to and disrespected. For that sole reason, we will not be returning to this theatre. *Please note no where on the tickets stated that we had to have ID to enter* -A 25 year old. I don’t usually write bad reviews

The vip section is very well air conditioned! Good service and reasonable prices.

Had a great experience at this location. Service was a bit close, since looked like there was not enough staff.

Me and my friend had a not so good experience watching the movie Avatar in 3D because of some technical issues. We expected that we will have a great time but we were stressed out that 3D is not working for few minutes and needed to repeat the movie again. As as suggestion, they should have someone from their staff check that the 3D is working well before the movie starts to avoid dismay from the audiences .

This staff were literally like "she spent $45 on a Skip order, I think she would like everything I like and not what she actually ordered". Seeing how my whole order was wrong. Skip Order #499295445. Cineplex can reply to this review by providing their contact email seeing how their staff are clearly too busy messing up other orders to answer their phone. I also left them a voicemail after calling a few times.

Well we attended a movie on a Tuesday evening. The movie was good but for people who don't care for popcorn...well there are no other food options.

Nice ambience for date night +/ movie. VIP lounge was extremely nice and has ample options of cocktails and food option. Must try once in a while.

Went for a movie here in Auditorium 3 on Sept. 15, 2022. Cinema 3 is not updated. It calls itself a VIP theatre but apparently they haven't thought to upgrade most of the theatre to the current standards that others such as Landmark have in the city. Smaller seats and if they are going to charge $50 for Combo 2 - 2 popcorns, two drinks two treats but not M&Ms only cheaper treats and one extra drink. Then they should at least provide FRESH popcorn. We got what we assume was day old popcorn because it was stale and chewy, not crisp and fresh. I get theatres are hurting after the pandemic but Cineplex did NOT win us back with this old popcorn. We have been to the competition twice in the lasy few weeks and it was a much better experience for a leaser price point. This does not even take into account the ripoff charge of an extra dollar to buy a ticket online that the competition doesn't charge. This is not VIP, it's exploitative. Go to Landmark theatre on Grant Avenue, you will save money AND have a better experience.
