VIP Carwash

Heard great reviews about this touch-less car wash and wanted to try it out. Also my car was due for a spa-day! As I pulled up to the entrance, the individual that was working inside came out. I excitedly explained to him that it was my first time visiting this car wash, and I wanted to use the touchless machine wash. He provided directions on how to get to the back of the car wash where I would see a machine and I could choose which wash I would like to purchase. As I navigated to the back, I noticed the place was quite busy, which made me feel confident in my choice of car wash company. Below, I have a video of the screen of the options provided for car washes. I chose the VIP+ car wash simply because I wanted the best wash, the deepest, the full works for my car also this was the only wash that would clean my undercarriage. I found the price slightly high almost $30. However, from the description it sounded like I was going to get the works done so I accepted in hopes that my car would come out sparkling & squeaky clean. I was quite disappointed during the car wash experience. I did not feel the amount of soap/suds were sufficient enough to provide a deep clean. I also did not even feel that the undercarriage was touched. Upon exit, the vehicle was still wet and did not dry completely. I also noticed that my tires were fully filthy and my rims had not even been lightly touched, let alone cleaned. I figured after choosing the best option for the car wash and the most expensive option I would at least come out with a decently clean vehicle. I don’t believe the description of the VIP+ car wash is accurate as my car was not 100% clean and still had remnants of dust and debris and all my brake dust was still stuck on the rims. Another point I noticed is even after talking to the individual working at the VIP car wash and explaining to him initially when I first arrived that it was my first time using this car wash in specific, he failed to mention that I should download the VIP car wash application on my phone in order to benefit from the offer that they have available, which is: buy 5 car washes get 1 free. From a customer service standpoint, this should have been a clear point to address when a customer explicitly provides clear information that it is their first time at your establishment. I later addressed after my car wash was complete that I noticed there was a promotion if you purchase 5 car washes you would get 1 free to the same individual I originally spoke with. He displayed immediate dissatisfaction that I even brought that up. He then proceeded to put the blame on me that I never asked about this promotion. As a first time customer and verbally disclosing that I have never been to VIP car wash to the staff member is more than sufficient information for him to have realized that he should inform me about the promotion only available via the app and to download it before I begin my car wash.nnOverall, my car was not cleaned to the extent described in the VIP+ wash description or to my expectationsnnYou can see all photos/videos attached.nnThere were sufficient number of bays available should you wish to use self-serve options. There were vacuum bays available aswell.nnI have added a screenshot of the promo from the app if you wish to try them out, at least download the app first so you get some benefits for using their services.

Doesn’t wash out dirt. Car still dirty after.Ones I tried for 17.99+tax next was complex with “colour foam” for almost 30 result the same. Maybe they need use stronger foam.

You pay 30 dollars for this wash doesn't take out the bird poop fully off the side mirror and the back window is as if it never got cleaned. What a waste of money

Self-car wash is available here. This is the place I go to get my car washed on weeknights. You can pay with a credit card and just pay for what you use. The car wash machines are very good and operate 24 hours a day. It is similar to Korean self-car washes and the types of services are almost the same.Halloween decorations are cute too

Not bad car wash. I just did the express and it was clean enough. Only downside is the way the lines queue up could be improved. Otherwise if I’m around the area I would go again.
