Great Service, They treat you like someone important, repair was donne well and in the promise time.
I was completely satisfied with Violette Motors along with the salesperson and financing department. I recently acquired a Bronco Sport. I know it’s a family business and they work hard in ensuring customers are satisfied. They have been in business for many years and it’s obvious that they pride themselves in doing everything they can to ensure clients leave satisfied of the service they received. I suspect that I will be a returning customer.

The kind staff at Violette Motors welcomed us to do a small but necessary repair on our windshield washers. We brought our dog, had coffee watched television all while the mechanics teamed up to get the job done on Christmas Eve. Thanks for making our trip fast and friendly.
I cannot say enough good things about Violette Motors. I purchased a used vehicle without even seeing it and they were amazing every step of the way. Lyssa sent me extra photos, responded to me very quickly and helped me through the process. Michel set up the transport to Ontario very quickly. Lyssa was very patient with me and even stayed in touch after the sale to make sure everything was ok with the truck and that I was happy with it. Thank you Violette Motors and Lyssa.
Great service, employees are helpful and courteous also well informed on their products. The establishment is very clean, i was very impressed with the repair bays. the only thing i noticed the tech did not mark in which position were my wheels, left fr..right fr..& so on this is critical to keep track of your next tire rotation. Minor set back. I still give it a 5 Star!
My family and I were heading home to ontario from pei when our truck was maki g a racket. It was 900 pm so we got a motel. The next morning we called violette motors Marco our service rep said give him a minute.. a minute later he said bring it in and we were on the road again in hours at an excellent price and an easy solution to our problem. Thanks Marco and Violette Motors.
Very good service, alway on top of customer service..
O was not asked to have my summer tires stored at Violette Ford . Now I have to find someone to remove the tires as I'm handicapped and 77 yrs old. Not happy with the Service desk.
