Ordered takeout from here a couple times and it never disappoints. The chicken biryani, butter chicken and garlic naan are my favourites. Definitely recommend!
One of the best Indian food I ever had in Ontario and the GTA . Very flavourful food and delicious. A big variety of choices in the menu. The staff are amazing , I would definitely come back here again.
Avoid this place. I drove 23km to have nice Indian authentic food but it was disappointing. 1 Dine in was not available 2 ordered chicken vindaloo curry but they added few masalas and 5pieces of chicken in it. Worst part is chicken curry was ready in 4min after the order. What ever was available at that time, they gave. 3 Employee was rude when I tried to talk regarding the issue. Anyhow I got my money back for the curry. Please try some other restaurants.
Flavours were all right but watery curries, with few pieces of chicken and lamb. Naans were burnt. Not impressed and I think the quality is going down
The food is good, but the business is incompetently managed. Pick up times are wrong. Order items are missed. They don’t really know how to even process their own, non-digital gift certificates. If you’re ready for errors then you’ll likely enjoy it.
We were in the mood for some Indian food and we always had a hard time finding somewhere good to attend in newmarket/aurora. Many if the Indian restaurants in the area look rundown or out of date. Some actually look like you are in a soup kitchen. This one on the other hand has great atmosphere, modern look and feel, and also offers a decent variety of wines to choose from. Its a good place for a business meeting or even a corporate event. Service was great and food quality was also good. The butter chicken as well as the lamb vindaloo were great options. Only recommendation i could make is that the rice seemed a little undercooked and hard. A fluffier basmati rice would be a better choice in my opening. Overall, great experience!
Food was ok, service was exceptional and slightly on the expensive side of things. Had some mishaps like got a different vegetable served in place of what was ordered but after bringing in to the server's attention, handling of the issue was exceptional. Food isn't that unique and price is slightly on the expensive side hence the 3 out of 5 stars. Overall not a bad place to try out Indian food in Aurora
I just ordered off of Uber eats and the pricing is a tad ridiculous for the amount of food you actually receive.. I got spinach paneer which only came with 4 pieces of cheese.. flavour was good but the portion servings need an upgrade.
We ordered here for the first time. We got the butter chicken, chat papdi, rasmali, goat curry, paratha, and garlic naan. The butter chicken was perhaps the best dish. We were underwhelmed with the other main dishes. The spice and flavour were not adequate. A single order of naan and paratha is not enough. I would recommend order multiple quantities.
Had a craving for biryani and this restaurant was the closest one that served it I know of just two Indian places close to me . Placed the takeout over the phone and the place was nice enough to call and check when I was delayed in picking up the order. Note this is not the dum style biryani and it is spicy by default so ask them to tone it down if you like mild. The chicken biryani is cooked with white meat which was not succulent at all and was dry. The rice itself was nice and had all the warm flavors from the whole spices but nothing to write home about. The raita yogurt with pepper and salt was refreshing and quantity was good. I would try some other dishes from this restaurant to get a better sense of their overall rating.
