I was amazed that I noticed the cashier put my daughters pizza in the oven after she had no gloves.I then stood back and watched after she explained the germs burn off. I then watched out back because I was waiting on a sub. The girl in the back cutting tomatoes was not wearing gloves and the pizza maker was not wearing gloves. She looked amazed I said does anyone here use gloves. I had seen the pizza made without them and told her she put food in oven without them and I saw she put the hot pizza in the bag using her sleeve. I mentioned food prep being done with raw hands. I have worked in food many years and noticed many code violations and if I was a inspector they would have been shut down.Price was high and cashier was rude. The staff was gross and would never eat their again.

The Hill Top Restaurant is the best of the best. Drinks, main meal, seafood, desserts and view were all top notch. The wait staff provided excellent customer service. The owner checked on our table (we were having so much fun) and talked us in to trying the desserts. He arranged a sample (full size portions) of the desserts. The bread pudding was voted by our table the best, then the lemon dessert yet all were totally amazing and delicious. The restaurant was packed and we were still provided the best service. We will return to Elmira and visit this restaurant again!!

Wish I could give it zero stars. Staff was disorganized, said our pizza would be done in twenty minutes. We arrive on time and are told to wait another half hour because our wings were forgotten about. A half hour passes by, we receive them...only to take them home and find out that they smelled and weren't sauced properly. Not only that, but the dozen wings we thought were $7.50 turned out to be $12. When we asked why our bill was higher than expected, the $7.50 price tag online turned out to be wrong. When corrected, even the employees couldn't find their own pricing. Very bad experience and mislead customers with false pricing:/

The pizza is okay...nothing to brag about. I witnessed the cashier on several occasions handle money then immediately touch the food. When i brought this to her attention she explained that when she places the food in the overn all the germs burn off.

Tonight we ordered a pizza delivery from Vincenzio's. The price for a small Leonardo DiVinci pizza was $16 on line. When I called the price was $23.54. I asked about the online price and I was told that that price was incorrect and they "couldn't change it". So I said OK. I'd like a thin crust - is that available? and I was told it was. So I continued with my order. It arrived, and I gave the driver $25.00 before I realized it was a THICK crust pizza, not thin crust as ordered. My first question is: if your prices have changed, why can't you change them on line. Secondly, when I order a THIN crust pizza, why can't you fulfill that request. This is the last time we'll order from Vincenzio's - for either pick up or delivery.
