Met with Rob today to quickly sign some paper work. He was unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and downright unpleasant to interact with. We got some papers online which apparently weren’t the right ones, instead of giving constructive feedback he belittled us and even called our paperwork a “clusterf**k” It costs $0 to show some decorum to potential clients so everyone I know will be sure to steer clear of this office in the future.
I have always used Villani Law Corp for my legal needs. Stacey McCausland Fletcher is a stand out Lawyer!
These people are an excellent law firm. Rob was recommended to me to settle an estate in regards to my brother. Rob was always available to answer any questions and deal with concerns or problems promptly. I am not sure if Rob is moonlighting as the Mayor of Powell river as he also has a fantastic Rolodex of equally qualified and excellent people to deal with, other issues like cleaners, realtors, and accounting. Tawnya who was my primary contact was always cheery and a treat to deal with. Thanks for all your help
I would say that these guys are the best in town. I have had a couple legal issues, that they dealt with, and I left their office feeling confident that things would be ok. Both matters were handled to my satisfaction.
