Village School of North Bennington

My kids received an excellent education here. The school's staff is dedicated and kind.

Now an independent school serving the North Bennington community and beyond, what is now called the Village School of North Bennington is an amazing little school. I've worked as a nature studies volunteer here for the past few years and am constantly amazed at the level of engagement the students, teacher and parents have for and with the school. The children are inquisitive and are always eager to learn and to share their experiences. I've also been extremely impressed with the level of kindness, caring and respect the students have not only for their teachers but for their classmates as well. They support one another in ways I've not seen in other schools - public, private or independent! This amazing little gem is indeed a vital part of the North Bennington community!

The Village school is a community school that has a history of high academic scores. The kids, staff, parents, and community are encouraged to explore new and different ways to learn.

Went to school here, myself, some 25 years ago, and moved back to the Village specifically so my children could attend as well. Staff is incredibly dedicated and the school's community focus helps raise socially aware global citizens. Have one child in school presently, can't wait for the others to attend when they are older!
