The managers are pushy with clients. Can't they be professional instead of bossy and overbearing? Especially at closing time. Watching everything you do, correcting you, making sure you're following customer rules. Yes, the customer is not King here. They're actually people paying to be ordered around by second-hand store staff. They have to follow the rules which includes the customer NEVER being right. It's called shopper abuse. Because customers also have to accept being presented with 27$ moldy coats, no exchanges or refunds on bought linen, and forced to sneeze fungal spores in the air.nnA great displeasure to come here these days.nnThey have no idea how to train their managers. They do the environmental cause great harm by making people feel ashamed to shop at a thrift store when they should feel like they're helping the world by recycling unwanted stuff.nnBackward thinking.

Prices are not well done many articles of same have diff prices And watch out dollars store stickers and then marked up 2$ more . You get all free and the take such a BIG markup. It's a Shame. YOU HAVE LOST PEOPLES TRUST.
