Village Bike Shop in Derby VT has been providing quality bikes since 1991. We provide the best bike for the best price and we always fit the bike to the rider. We ask all the right questions in order to determine what "right" means to you. What type of riding will you do? What is your height? Your weight? Your abilities? And...what is your budget?

As a sponsor of the Kingdom Trails network in Burke, VT the Village Bike Shop is helping to secure some of the most beautiful trails in the US. The Village Bike Shop BUZZ is a newsletter that will tell you everything you need to know about events, the Northeast Kingdom biking community and what awaits when you come to ride our trails and roads. Jeff is fantastic to do business with! He is extremely knowledgeable and wants to make sure you get the right bike for your needs. I recently purchased 2 new bikes for my wife and I, and I couldn't be happier! The prices are good, especially for the quality products that he has. Don't be tempted to get a cheap bike at a department store. They are junk! Jeff has a great selection of quality new and used bikes and really takes the time to make sure you are happy. Overall awesome experience!!

If you're looking for a tidy little elite shop that sells only high-end, you're in the wrong place. This is an old school shop that keeps em rolling -- from ten-grand carbon to wheelchairs. There's grease on the floor. Orders are kept on a paper pad. All the same, they tune all of Louis Garneau's demos. Expert mechanics. You can get just about anything, if you're patient. They have forgotten more about bikes than many of us will ever know, and I find that cooler than the old ninth-floor elevator. Prices are usually reasonable, and become cheap if you are willing to display a little patience and some love for sport.

Great for a quick fix! Needed a little emergency work before heading out on Newport's bike path on vacation. The owner was super friendly and helpful, and gave us a reasonable price.
