Updates are below! Dont go here. This shop runs a scam! There was no menu available after the thunderstorm on Sat, 21 May 2022. Was charged 18.74 for wedges and beef donar and a can of Pepsi. The cashier didn't check the item but charged. There was less than 30 Grams of Beef Donar but full of wedges! When asked for breakdown costs, she failed to explain it at all. They run a dishonest business, all the reviews are true. This place should be closed down. Update 2- After the review the owner requested to email them. They never replied the email I have sent and later deleted their reply on Google Maps. I have spoken to someone regarding this place, they had similar experience. They have also mentioned the positive reviews are paid or done by the employees and their families. Update: - The claimed owner hasn't replied the email yet after they have requested to contact!
I read the reviews for this location of Villa Madina and could have heeded the many warning signs but, chose to experience it for myself. All the negative reviews are correct. The staff is incredibly rude, they do not care about their roles, the food is cooked with ZERO love and for the money spent, you’re far better off going with Tim Hortons. Yes. Eat breakfast for lunch and lunch for dinner if you have to. The location at Yorkdale mall is like the good angel and these guys are spawn of the you-know-what. This chicken is dry. You can see that it is dry. It is so dehydrated the skin is hardening red before the stages of becoming burnt black. My potato was undercooked as well as with a rotting spot. The only thing acceptable in this meal was the taboulli and vine leaves which were subpar at best. Don’t eat here. I will return with a photo of the glistening food at Yorkdale so you can see the difference.
“VILLA MADINA” It was not that great or I would say not at all to the expectations I had for the name I heard so many times. It was my first time at Villa Madina and staff was not at all interested in explaining me anything like anything I don’t know why they were in so much rush even after there were not so many customers. So I took my time and figured out myself what to order and ordered a wrap which is called SANDWICHE at Villa Madina I don’t know why Sandwich was OK, taste was not thy great at all.
This place is fantastic. The service is incredible and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The falafel plate was as close to a home cooked meal that my mom would make if not better. Not too sure why all the negative reviews but I personally had a great experience and find they have great food for the value. Highly recommended 10 stars if I could

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about what they are selling, especially for dietary restrictions vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc. The food is always fresh and as authentic as it gets! Good value for money, keep up the great work! Vegetarian options: The Falafel plate is a must try! The rice, salads and nearly all of the toppings are vegan friendly. Just notify the staff of your needs and they will help you out!
The worst customer service ever. The man with a long beard had no manners, I asked for just a little lettuce on the side. He started arguing with me and said he would charge me extra for the lettuce. After such a long fight he put up, he finally gave me the lettuce but took half of the food back. My goodness 0 service but extra expensive food. I do not recommend this place to eat.
ZERO stars. Extremely rude staff. Ordered the shawarma plate and and asked a small question about their rice. Their response was met with sarcastic attitude that kept going. The guy working could have simply answered the question and moved on but he was instigating a debate. I even told him he was being rude too. I share my food with a small child and asking a question about the food should not be met with attitude. I always order from here when I come to the mall, but this is was my last time. YES, I'm the Asian person with the baby. Your staff are all rude.
I should have looked at the reviews before eating here. I ordered a chicken plate and had all salad instead of with rice and potatoes. There was very little meat!!! I'll go to Jimmy the Greek next time, at least I can see the skewers of meat I'll get.Food: 1/5
