I’m so happy to eat from this place today, how improved it looks since the last time I visited here. The food was so fresh and tasty, the customer service and cleanliness was so perfect. Portions were big and the choices of fresh salads were also great. I would definitely come to eat again and recommend others to try again as well.
Fantastic food and service. I believe there has been a change in management. The food is so fresh and delicious, the portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable...what more could one want. I am a mall employee and I know I will be visiting them more often. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to everyone!
A gem in the Pickering Town Centre food court. The food is consistently good and the staff is nice and attentive! Definitely recommend!
First time tried shawarma sandwich at this location. Lady behind the counter seems off, maybe it was her time to go home. And sandwich itself was in pieces. My son could not eat it like it supposed to be. Have to give him a fork so that he can finish it. Inquired about the flat bread if it is fresh and the reply from the lady was "do you want it or not?". I was like is she for real. Anyways not spending my money there no more that is for sure. By the way shawarma was not that gr8 either.
Finally The Real Taste is Back. Had a Shish Tauok plate, it was fresh and delicious. The customer service was good too. The new guy is friendly & respectful. I hope they don’t change things again.
I choose Madina beacuse I thought it is Mediterran food which is suppose to be fresh and delish. I choose shawarma chicken .the test was horrible. And the smail it is like old chicken. Even look like not chicken something else. The lattice tomato was not fresh. I had pain in my stomach after eating the sandwich. Next time I will prefer to stay hungry than to eat in Madina
Chicken tasted quite off. Overall didn't really seem up to the standard I've had at other VM locations. Chicken wasn't cut from shawarma itself but had been sitting there for a while...

Went here yesterday and had the worst experience ever! Chicken smelled and tasted rotten and old! Unsafe to eat and should be avoided at all costs. Worst shawarma place I've been to in my life, they don't even deserve one star.
Food felt like it was three days old. Don’t write reviews often but this was extremely disappointing. The colour of the salad clearly indicates its about to expire. Rice smelled bad and it was cold. :
