I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and it might as well be named Carrots with A Bit of Chicke...
Great food. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely eat here again if I was from this area. (I live 300 miles away)

Good food, friendly staff, prices seem a little high, but not outrageous, atmosphere is eclectic but comfortable. Pizza is always good here. Biggest downside is they only accept cash. I've pulled in to eat here, left and ate elsewhere because I didn't want to go to the bank first.

Great pizza and fettuccini with meatball and sauce... very good. Service excellent. Will have to come back and try something different.

Food USED to be the most delicious food in town when owner Sam was still there. 😇 People that moved away, made this place a definite place eat when they returned to visit family or friends. For Oil City residents, it was a meeting place for ALL to enjoy great food and some good laughs. Sam knew a lot of people by name. If he didn't know your name, he knew your parents. If he didn't know your parents names, he knew your aunts & uncles or grandparents. He made EVERYONE feel welcome!!!!!! NOW, I'll talk about the current situation. I moved back to Oil City a year ago. I have given them chance after chance to show that their food is even close to the way it used to be. First it was the uncooked pizza dough. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. Got pizza the second visit & the dough was uncooked again. I then remembered how good their meatball subs were so on my next visit, that's what I ordered. Either someone can't make meatballs OR someone spilled an entire shaker of pepper into the meat before they cooked it - I took one bite & threw it out. I actually was upset I didn't just order the half baked pizza. SO SORRY that the quality of the food has gone so far downhill, but it's not a surprise if you take a look around. Waitresses act as though you're bothering them when you come into the place - I kinda feel like I'm showing up to a party I wasn't invited to. Im done wasting my money on bad food & bad service.

If any restaurant in Oil City could be considered an iconic landmark, it would be the Villa. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and they are open 24/7/365 - can't really beat that!
