Viking Soul Food

Quite literally Viking soul food. The food is good and has a interesting flavor profile. The Viking salmon skins were super rich but good. The Norwegian meat ball wrap was well done too. Check it out

Absolutely amazing. I tried the troll snacks first, and immediately went back in line to other another serving. I also had some of the salmon, which was incredibly juicy and full of flavor. Finally, as a side I went for the eggs. GO FOR THE EGGS. I know they look weird. Just do it. It was one of the best things I've ever tasted. Oh, and the lingonberry drink perfectly complimented the rest of the flavors. Expect to pay a little more but really not much more than any other Portland food cart. But that cost is for a reason. Everything here, and I mean EVERYTHING, is perfect (Service was great too).

It was hard to decide which of the food trucks to choose from at this place (lots of great options) but Viking Soul Food was totally the right pick. The smoked salmon lefse wrap was perfect - super fresh, great flavors, high quality for a good price. Also a good grab & go option as it’s put together well and doesn’t make a mess. Other heartier/meatier options too.

Delicious food. Love that you can call ahead and order for pickup. A bit spendy but definitely worth the quality, homemade taste.
