Viking Mini Storage

This place is terrible. A few years ago, we couldn’t even access our unit. My husband called multiple times with no answer or call back. We ended up having to go buy all new camping equipment. Fast forward to most recent times, we changed banks and were unable to contact anyone. And as expected, we were charged late fees. If you’re thinking about renting a unit, be prepared to not always having the ability to access your belongings. Also, be prepared to not having the ability to contact anyone regarding your issue.

The customer service at Viking Mini storage is great. They are very easy to get a hold of by phone and email making any questions I had easy to get answers too. The kiosk at the facility makes it really easy to initiate service and the online payment portal is very easy to use. It’s location is pretty central to town and very easy to access. I would recommend this storage place to anyone looking for a convenient storage location.

Price is reasonable compared to Boise area storage units, but the management/owners never return calls, almost never answer their phone and I have tried for the last several weeks to get a simple answer, to no avail. Poor customer service and accountability. The 24-hr kiosk customer service is more reliable, but they don't have the answers to my questions regarding my account.

Best storage place have found so far. They are very helpful. Being able to pay my storage unit monthly rental is easy and convenient via their website. I am glad that my grandmother recommended Viking Mini Storage.

My wife and I recently found ourselves in need of a storage unit on a temporary basis. We shopped around and found that Viking Storage in Middleton met all of our needs and price range. We phoned Viking Storage to see about renting a unit for a 5 month period, and the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and responsive. I can't say enough good things about Viking Storage. If anyone needs a Storage unit, I would highly recommend Viking Storage in Middleton Idaho.

Great location and great rates, have had no issues so far the few months I have been there. My dad has also had a storage unit here for years. Would definitely recommend.

They prorate coming in but not leaving. If you leave in the middle of the month you have to pay for the whole month. Terrible setup. Edit: I talked with one of their employees for a bit. Great customer service but still a stupid policy. Bumped from a 1 to a 2.

Storage is great here. Coded Gate, Security Fence, Cameras, All Day Kiosk, no talking to someone when getting a unit. Can add more space on the fly.

Love this place. Close to my house, very reasonable rates and clean. Nice people to deal with and they always email a reminder when rent for storage due.

Great customer service along with friendly staff that is willing to help, close to town with easy access I'm very pleased and recommend them for all your storage needs
