I have been using Viewit's services almost since they have formed as an organization. It is a sound platform with absolutely great service. What I like about their service in particular is the personal touch in dealing with their staff. They are always friendly and willing to listen to specific instructions, offer constructive suggestions and assist in utmost professional manner. For several years now I have been dealing with Rosy. It is such a privilege to know that you are in good hands. Using Viewit is worry-free for me especially knowing that I will get good tenants at affordable advertising cost.
Worst experience. Information was not updated. I wasted lots of time to search to find out the unit is not available. For some units, I did not hear back from the owners. When I finally manage to complain view it they apathetically said that, “we contacts our clientsapartment or house renter once a month if they about renewal of advertise, and if their unit is rented than upto them to keep with advertise or not” If your system is not updated than do care to write or mentioned about it as 8 out 10 things is not available or not even care to pick calls or answer emails.
I listed on viewit.ca for Hamilton as well as for free on Kijiji. I didn't get one response on viewit, and had over 45 responses from Kijiji and rented my gorgeous place within a week. Net Net - don't waste your money on this site for Hamilton.
You really need to update your listing. Been calling docen of numbers only to be told that the places aren't available. Don't know how anyone is able to find a place using this website. Useless waste of time!
Sent messages or called potential rentals non a single answer after so many calls or messages. So I found it useless an pointless after few months.
The website needs abit of improvements, especially if you are using the app. Most companies posted they have available places for rent but when you call they don't...so why post it? viewit.ca should try finding ways of making the app easier. Overall it's good if you're placing an ad but kinda tricky when locating a place.
Listings are mostly new and info provided are mostly aligned with actual viewings.
It is a good place to see rental, some ads could be old.

Bad experience, the manager is the person in charge, he was disrespectful, there is no goods basket until I put the products. The manager was immoral, he did not know how to speak
