Sept 16, arrived early at 11:28. The waitress saw us but didn’t come say hi or open the door. We wait till 11:40, she finally opened the door. Picked a little corner for us, we move the table a little bit but she stopped us right away with a condescending attitude towards us. We decided to step away from this trash attitude. Me and my friends in Whitehorse always come eat here, from now on, you will not see us ever again.
I've had a lot of Phõ in my time, even had it from a cart in Vietnam which I doubt was very clean or hygenic. But I am addicted to this awesome soup and have to try it everywhere I can. Well this place was a huge mistake. Staff were unfriendly, couldn't get our orders right and then tried to serve me someone else's food. When I told the guy that's not what I ordered he started yelling and slammed the food down. I don't care if you're having a bad day, or you work in a Vietnamese restaurant where nobody is Vietnamese, in the Yukon of all places. Learn to behave yourself. Be professional. And here's a tip, anytime you mention tips or say something about not getting one, you're getting nothing. As for the food, the soup was bland and tasted like dollar store chicken stock watered down. The vermicelli noodles looked like they came from a pack of Mr. Noodles and tasted like soggy cardboard. The meat was mostly fat and what looked like dog food scraps they got on sale from a refinery. I wouldn't feed this to prisoners and I'm pretty sure they eat better than THAT anyhow.
Best Pho in town, although Mimi's is a close second. Broth is smooth and just a bit sweet. Quick service, easy ordering. Kid-friendliness: Always kids here, but older and well behaved. Probably not a great place for toddlers though. Parking: Lots of spots most days.
You barely get half a teaspoon of any kind of sauce with your order.Food: 1/5
Authentic vietnam food, I wish they sell the spicy ketchup! nice place and they have bubble milk try the coconut one.
Absolutely horrible, literally got maybe half of a teaspoon of peanut sauce with my order and the size of the salad rolls have shrunk considerably
The Pho was good, although I've never had pho before without Thai basil, limes, the lemons and bean sprouts in it were good. I imagine it's harder to get Thai basil all the way up here. I noticed halfway through our meal that it was awkwardly quiet due to the lack of any type of music typical to most restaurants. The steaming hot food was ready super fast and the bubble tea was very sweet.
Bad attitude towards customer in early morning! Will never go there again. Btw price is super high for a small bowl.
I got the special pho and Spring and bubble teaall goodjust Spring roll little bit small like the bubble tea
I must say, their quality was better. Still decent
