Pitiful customer service! I asked a quote for their roofing product Tradition 150 through CANAC. The first response after more than 2 weeks was that the gauge 22 as advertised on their web-site is not available. And when asked for the gauge 24 since they did not bother to quote it, the second response came after another 2-3 week that they don't have enough material, and that my request for 927 feet square is to small for them to bother... What a lousy company! I will be buying from their competitors that are giving me an EXCELLENT customer service...nTerrible customer service. After a quotation request, the first response after 2-3 weeks was that the 22ga thickness was not available. 2-3 weeks later I received the response that my request for 927 ft/2 was too small for them to make. Which haystack company. Their competitors gave me EXCELLENT service...
