I cannot recommend Victory highly enough. At a time when I was grieving the loss of my mother, Caroline and her staff stepped in and made everything so smooth, with patience, kindness and compassion through the entire experience, from having Mom's remains transferred from the hospital, through to her Celebration of Life and reception. Every step of the way, Caroline and her staff were there to make suggestions and recommendations but also to listen to our wishes and to do whatever they could to realize our vision. Mom's remains were treated with care and reverence. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and well-appointed. The ceremony went off without a hitch. The food was great, and the staff were so smooth, efficient and good at their jobs that we hardly noticed as things were being moved, cleared away, or food was being replenished. I felt incredibly supported throughout this process, so much so that I would say my experience with Victory has actively facilitated my healing as I recover from this devastating loss. I am deeply grateful to Caroline, all the staff, and to Pastor Jeff Renaud who officiated. Deepest heartfelt thanks.
Marci and Triciannwere so wonderful in helping my wife and I with all the funeral arrangement for my mother. They were both very caring and gave us a nice tour around the cemetery. Victory Memorial is a beautiful and peaceful resting place and the staff there are wonderful.
The care, support and helpfulness received made such a comforting experience at the most sad and difficult time. We were guided, every step of the way and will always be so very grateful to Caroline, Sally and the wonderful team at Victory
We had a very positive experience with Victory Memorial in South Surrey under the circumstances. All employees were highly professional, helpful throughout the entire process and sincerely compassionate and empathetic on a personal level. The cremation services performed at Victory Memorial Park was caring, compassionate, understanding and professionally handled. We were walked through the entire process and it was beautifully done. Highly recommend.
