WOW Logan is truly a life saver! I called regarding items that I needed, she put me on hold and looked for the items to ensure it was there.. I wanted to do a refund for the rest because I needed more items online.. when I called back Logan found all the items I wanted and when I came I ended up buying more Thank you sooo much for taking time with me because I am super indecisive with lingerie but Logan patiently waited and gave me great advice. Very bad customer service, the girl at the cashier showed really bad attitude to the customer even though I did not do anything wrong. There is full-price item which put in the discounted area, I thought they all have the same discounted price. Instead of explaining to me, she asked me " didnt you check the price on the price tag?" Excuse me! Is this the good customer service? I am always the returning customer at Victoria Secrets but not anymore now.
Visited the sq1 branch this afternoon, very very bad customer services! Would be a more loyal fan of VS if staffs and manager have better attitude. I guess when the manager blonde lady wore pony tail and mask had such a disrespectful manner towards customers looking/speaking down, harsh voice, giving glances etc. then staffs would obviously not have a good example to look at. Very toxic and disgusting customer service. This VS store would be better without that specific store manager if there's more than one so staffs and store have better environment and customer services. Clearly I'm not the only one who gave 1 star review for bad customer service here within this current period.
Avoid the square one location at all costs! Very poor customer support and very mean and unprofessional staff. The girl at the cashier is so arrogant and unprofessional. They don’t let you try things to check the size if they are packed but for bras and various other things they do?! I asked if the lady herself can open one of the PJs I’m getting because there is no display and I want to see if the cuffing is the style I want and she refused saying they can’t open them huh ?! I said but you do accept returns? So what’s the difference ? She said well I’m happy to ring it on if you’re buying. I did but then 10 min later I returned everything because a service like that is not worth my loyalty or time shopping.
There are no sizes to choose from a given model. Very poor service. They don't know what and where they have. I wasted an hour there exchanging four panties for a different size. Nightmare. If you want to buy something for your girlfriend ... don't go there !!! I spent $ 500 shopping with incompetent service. Good luck !
I went to Pink, and the service here is always extremely kind and helpful!! As soon as you go in, they offer help measuring, new sales, etc and are very friendly when you ask them for something. The cashier was very nice as well. Exceptional customer service!!
Went to Victoria Secret Square One on Sunday Sep.18 and purchased a new bra. Service has really gone down compared to a the price merchandise is sold for. Usually at check out, it was a high end service super friendly, the cashier was extremely unfriendly. No smile, no paper packaging around my purchase, just threw receipt in and literally threw bag at me. I don't expect much from cheaper places but service is just not what it used to be. Your Canadian customers would prefer the option of returning items in store if an issue arises. It’s almost 2023, get it together.
Was here on a Thursday evening around 5:40pm. Fantastic service from start to finish. The rep by the door got me connected with Alex, who proceeded to confirm what bra size I needed. I had measured myself with an online tool and Alex did not dismiss anything I said, but decided to check that the cup size I had measured vs what we had just measured made sense. She found some bras for me to try on and really listened to what I was looking for. I like the "doorbell" approach in the fitting rooms. The fitting room attendant was super quick, efficient, helpful and very friendly despite being quite busy. The bra size I had originally intended to try on was spot on. So far the bras are great; I'll update the rating if the products fail miserably. The store itself was well stocked and clean, and the service was top notch! Thanks Alex for helping me out!
