Victoria Rose Floral Inc

I'm not the kind of person that likes to write reviews, but this time I am very disappointed.I have ordered flowers from here twice. The first time, they were great, but they sent them on the wrong date(they were for a birthday) and I did put the date online. The second time, they called to tell me they didn't have the flowers for the arrangement I ordered online but that they could make one just as nice as the one I wanted. The arrangements did not compare. The person I sent them to sent me a picture of the flowers she got and I did not like them. She did not complain about them but I am. I called eight days ago and they said they would give me a $10 refund, still have not received it. I have attached the pictures of the flowers they sent and the flowers that I ordered. They simply don't compare.

My sister lives abroad and because of international shipping and customs, it can be hard to send her any tangible reminders that we love and miss her. Despite the challenges I am sure Marta has to navigate, she has been able to send my sister the most beautiful arrangements. I am so grateful not only that she can make that happen, but that she is willing to create unique arrangements that are nothing you would find anywhere else. Thank you Marta!

Marta is my go to gal when I need spectacular flowers or arrangements for any occasion. Everyone always asks me where I purchased them from, because they can't believe how long they lasted. Quality products, caring staff, top notch service, that's what I expect ands that's exactly what I got! Thanks to Marta and her staff!!!

You MUST use Victoria Rose Floral. I don't put a lot of thought into the actual ordering of flowers, but every time I order something they sent out the most beautiful and unique arrangements that seem to last forever. They make me look like the most thoughtful, caring husband around. Whenever I need flowers, Victoria Rose Floral is where I go.

Marta and her team at Victoria Rose Floral provide an excelent product at reasonable prices. They did the flowers for my mother's funeral, and they were beautiful. When we want express our love or concern, or share a celebration with friends and family, we always use Victoria Rose when we send flowers or plants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and full of suggestions.
