Nice quiet park, great for sitting and having a snack, which is what I did, so..... Achievement unlocked. The park is clean and the benches weren't covered in nasty, so completely usable. Lots of people walking about.
Nice little park to walk and sit. Lots of coffee shops around this park.
Great park, no picnic tables but a fair amount of benches. Cute playground along with historic information plaques? and flowers. A lot of people study or just spend time at the park but sometimes there's issues with different people. Random episodes of yelling and the cops don't really take walk throughs like they do in other places. Playground: Great playground for motorskills! Lots of climbing. Restrooms: There are no bathrooms onsite so you'd have to enter a business close by. Just not Hotel Saskatchewan. Dog-friendliness: I've seen some dogs taken to this park! Picnic area: Best to bring a picnic basket along with blanket as there aren't any picnic tables. There are benches and wide patches of green.
Very nice place. It's an average park to be honest, nothing new. However it essentially complements the downtown.
Really nice park! Lots of places to sit, playground for kids, and at the summer time there’s out door market every Wednesday and Saturday with food vendors and lots of cute local things to buy. Sometimes they have market under the stars with live music and during the summer there are free activities for families and everyone like Yoga in the park! Really great! The only thing that need to take under consideration is that it’s Meter parking.
Good public square in the heart of downtown Regina Accessible by driving, and free parking after 6pm on weekdays. Area is beautiful at night time, and feels safe. Surrounded by multiple stores local and commerical, it brings out a different downtown vibe from the bigger cities.

Interesting we saw an arguement and then about two minutes after that the ambulance pulled up there was a person on the ground by a tree. Lots of people out enjoying the park walking through it sitting in it enjoying the day
Folk festival on now. Only thing worse than folk music is multiple bagpipe groups tuning up at the same time. That happens at Victoria Park too so it is not the worst time to be down there.
In the downtown of Regina, it's a great park to visit! Beautiful place!
