I had an appointment with Dr. Bernstein this morning and he was extremely kind and efficient. I had been majorly stressed since a recent melanoma diagnoses and he quickly and painlessly removed the tumor and put my mind at ease. 10/10 recommend. So grateful to have found this clinic!
My wife booked an appointment for a sebaceous cyst on my neck. When she called she was told the consultation was $150 which was right and that such an operation like mine was starting at $150, up to $300 or a bit more. She described the cyst precisely on size and looks. I was greeted and immediately reassured by the dr's assistant it was only esthetic and not dangerous that's the consultation and they offered to remove it immediately. As for the operation itself, it was $810, a complete different ballpark than what my wife was told. I wouldn't be complaining if my cyst was a golf ball size or if it was $100 more but we are talking over $1,100 with taxes, nowhere near expected amount. One of the person there told me the staff is trained only to say pricing starts at $X on phone and they didnt want to see a photo before, no wonder why. A hugely disappointing experience. Clearly they are banking on your emotive side once you're inside.
Went there for a tattoo removal the area to treat was small like a dime and after 6 sessions $150/session nothing moved my tattoo is still as dark as it was in the beginning, zero progression. They gave me a free session but I still lost $750. Worst place, it's expensive compared to other places and there's no result.
Cool sculpting was a complete waste of money, I did not see one difference in fact when they measured me I was actually larger After they measured me they didn’t offer to do it again even at a reduced rate. It would’ve cost them nothing but instead they have a very upset customer who is spreading the word never to go there unless you have money to burn
I’d give zero stars if possible. Unprofessional and sloppy. I received a quote for a service and then I was asked to pay more without prior communication nor clarification. This was after me asking and receiving confirmation of the original quote. When reaching out to customer service, I was told I would be reimbursed the difference and offered an additional free treatment. Sure enough, these offers were not honoured, and I never received replies to my emails. The lack of responsiveness and transparency is concerning if not downright sketchy. Very bad experience, not a place to go back. Edit after reply - a good way to show that you ‘value feedbacks’ would have been to answer my emails sent on March 23rd and March 30th. The empty corporate talk is really in bad taste.
I did a session of hair removal laser with them and I will not recommended based on 3 factors. A the lady did not know or have experience using laser settings, as I noticed hair grown within 2-3 days after. I have had 3-4 sessions elsewhere and all the growth very little is happening at least 5-6 weeks after each session. B the machine used is not good/ or incorrect setting again due to lack of experience. C the price. Laser hair removal has been around for years now, stop pretending it's new technology and you have the best machine. They are pretty much all the same though I recommend IPL over the machine's you use the ones with circular heads.
Dr.Nikolis is very knowledgeable and talented! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for natural, and meticulous results.
Went there to get a mole looked at which was causing some discomfort. When I phoned I was given an appointment right away, and went there 24hrs later to have it looked at. At the location I was seen by Dr. Bernstein. He had a great manner about him and quickly and painlessly removed it All the staff were polite and friendly - Would definitely recommend if you don't want do deal with the public system and the lottery of finding a dermatologist worth their salt. Would go there again without hesitation
Dr. Nicolis is the best plastic surgeon out there bar none! I highly recommend him and his staff! As an associate professor at McGill University, he pursues his passion for education with his position as the Director of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery training. He continues to lecture worldwide on a range of surgical and non-surgical innovative aesthetic procedures. In addition to his extensive publications and educational credentials, Dr. Nikolis is known for his warm bedside manner, superior results, and his patient centric approach!
Not impressed. I can tell by the visit that it's a pure sales job. I went for a consult for tired eyes and came out with a laundry list of items the doctor recommended- including my hair! Some of which haven't even been proven to work! After my visit, I spoke to other friends who had gone elsewhere for consults and realized that most places give you a credit for the equivalent of the consult fee paid. Had I known this, I would never had gone to Vicpark. The consult is $150 for 20 minutes of someone's time and I did not get a credit not even partial credit. Will I go here? No simply because I can tell they don't have my interest in mind but more their pockets. There are so many other spas in Montreal, and I found one where I know I will go. I don't want to support a business who is in it for the money and not for the cause.
